Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.
Besides the fact that the place is extremely small, the service was inattentive. The bartender was unable to explain the differences between the beers — not even in Spanish — which was surprising and frustrating.
What upset me the most was seeing him pour half a glass of old, stale beer from the draft line into my glass, and then top it off with fresh beer. I was shocked — this is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. There were also dirty beer bottles left in the fridge, and it was unclear how long they had been sitting there.
I don’t know how many times this bartender has done this before, but as a foreign customer, I felt disrespected — as if I wouldn’t notice or care. Unfortunately for him, I’ve managed restaurants in London and New York my entire career, and I called him out on his behavior, as I believe he needed to be held accountable.
When it came time to pay the bill, the waitress asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I politely declined, and she immediately became rude and abruptly cleared the table without even asking — again, extremely disrespectful.
Staff like this should be warned or retrained. I was genuinely excited to explore Colombian craft beers with my friends, but this experience completely ruined the vibe.

Además de que el lugar es extremadamente pequeño, el servicio fue poco atento. El bartender no pudo explicar las diferencias entre las cervezas, ni siquiera en español, lo cual me pareció sorprendente y frustrante.
Lo que más me molestó fue verlo servir medio vaso de cerveza vieja del grifo y luego completarlo con cerveza fresca. Me quedé en shock — esto es totalmente antihigiénico e inaceptable. También había botellas de cerveza sucias en la nevera, y no estaba claro desde cuándo estaban ahí.
No sé cuántas veces ha hecho esto antes, pero como cliente extranjero, me sentí muy irrespetado — como si pensara que no me daría cuenta o que no me importaría. Desafortunadamente para él, he trabajado toda mi vida en la industria de la restauración en Londres y Nueva York, y no dudé en decirle lo que pensaba. Considero que su actitud debía ser corregida.
Cuando llegó el momento de pagar la cuenta, la camarera me preguntó si quería dejar propina. Le dije amablemente que no, y su reacción fue inmediatamente grosera: retiró los vasos de la mesa sin siquiera preguntar — otra falta total de respeto.
Este tipo de servicio debería ser advertido o corregido. Estaba muy ilusionado por explorar cervezas artesanales colombianas con mis amigos, pero esta experiencia arruinó completamente...
