Paradise 5G — Hotel in Medellín

Basim's place is amazing. When you first enter the apartment you are going to be in amazement. The apartment is huge as the pictures don't do it justice. Both the bedrooms are huge, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room were very clean and spacious. The jacuzzi is a Def plus. Inside the apartment you will have everything you need for the week. Security checks in all your guest. The location of the apartment is also perfectly located. You are far enough away from the action where you can sleep well at night but just a quick 5 minute Uber ride to everything. It is very close to Provenza where all the bars and restaurants are located. Basim himself is great. He is just one phone call away if you have any problems. Apartment was kinda hot because there is no a/c and medellin was hot and basim quickly sent a fan over and the problem was solved. He also will give you recommendations to great restaurants. My stay at Paradise 5G was nothing short of well, paradise! Basim is the best host l've had in my 10 years of using AirBNB and his unit was by far the best value l've gotten out of this app since l downloaded it!

First of all, the pictures just don't do the place justice, I didn't think it could possible look better in person but it does! When I first entered the flat, I was greeted with a welcome basket with my name on it and lots of goodies! Basim also made sure I was aware of all the best local restaurants so l never felt alone or out of place during my stay. I thought mosquitos might be a problem but I was only bitten once at the very end of my 5 day stay, so not much to worry about there. And while there was no AC in the unit, I never found myself wanting for it so no worries there either!

I will stay at paradise 5G every time I visit Medellin, no questions asked! I would even pay double the price to stay here again. I don't care, I just can't get enough of...

I loved my stay at Paradise 5G. The panoramic views were ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Lots of places to lounge and relax. It's definitely got a fun vibe and there's this jacuzzi / zen area to read and journal in an elevated  space that feels like you're in a treehouse on top of a mountain. Like a lodge over a water ravine.. with eucalyptus, mango and lemon trees in view...very peaceful vibe.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Basim was very respectful, communicated well.. everything was ready on time. Basim offered lots of local tips. Super friendly host! Lots of cafes and upscale restaurants within walking distance.

Very comfortable beds. Huge windows. No noise. Good blackout curtains. I loved the mountain view while working at the desk. The internet was fast (122Mbps/21mbps upload speed). Plenty of open spaces to work, play and exercise (yoga mat provided). The cappucino maker was also a nice touch :)

Overall fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back! Highly...
