I would give negative stars if that was possible. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. DO NOT SUPPORT AGODA and the theft of money from the vulnerable. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. AGODA SCAMS PEOPLE. I will never book with them again. It was the first and last time. Maja the owner/host is also to blame for having no idea how to edit, change or give access to the place.

This place I booked through Agoda DOES NOT EXIST. My money was stolen and I have screenshots of all the conversations where I tried to cancel my reservation and was rejected by the property (who I called directly). The "supposed" condo owner MAJA insulted me and refused to give me access without turning over VIA EMAIL sensitive documents that were not relevant to the booking that was paid in advance. I could not even get the correct address or unit number with out emailing my credit card details and passport (something I refused to do). A hotel normally requests an ID and credit card at check-in. They give you the keys after looking up your reservation. Documents requested included my date of birth, place of residence, passport and credit card details.

Agoda customer service was unreachable via phone, email or chat (all of these methods I spent several hours contacting). I got charged the full 3 nights in violation of the refund policy listed, for a place that I never even entered. I walked to the location on the booking the night of my arrival to cancel the booking in person or check in if I could not cancel and there was absolutely no such thing as Magic Garden. This whole operation cost me $280. The place was advertised in the booking and confirmation emails as fully refundable 24 hrs in advance. The check-in process, while it seems a bit complex with the written instructions, becomes incredibly smooth thanks to the helpful video provided. Once you get inside, you'll find that the apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. As long as you have the video instructions you should be able to self check-in/check-out

The apartment is equipped with a fridge and plenty of electrical sockets, which is a huge plus for anyone traveling with multiple devices. The bed is very comfortable and you’ll get a great night's sleep, as the apartment is also surprisingly quiet. Another major perk is the hot water and excellent water pressure in the shower—perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel.

I also felt very safe staying here. The path to the building is well-lit at night, and once you’re inside, the hallway lights turn on automatically. The surrounding area is also great, with several restaurants and stores conveniently located nearby for travelers.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and functionality of this place. If you’re looking for budget-friendly, no-frills accommodation in a great location, I highly recommend MAGIC GARDEN 1...

The check-in was horrible. They do not have anyone to do the reception, it's all online; I sent all the required information they asked me 5 hours prior to the check-in and got a reply only 30 after of the check in time. Totally unacceptable, asides from that the people in charged mentioned it was my fault as they were waiting for me. I had contacted them 5 times before I had a reply, I had almost no charge on my cellphone and even had to consider going to a different place.
