Chill Out Old Town & Seaview Apartments Dubrovnik — Hotel in Dubrovnik

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The experience was frustrating from beginning to end, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. The parking situation was completely misrepresented. The listing claimed that parking was available, but there was absolutely none on-site. I ended up having to pay an outrageous amount for off-site parking, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere beforehand. It was not only expensive but incredibly inconvenient. The owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I tried to raise my concerns, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. There was no willingness to help or even acknowledge the issues—just complete disregard for basic customer service. The location is terrible. The hotel is tucked away in a hard-to-reach area. It’s also situated on a steep hill, which made access difficult, especially with luggage. Definitely not suitable for families or anyone with mobility issues. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. This place is not worth the stress or the money. Stop believing the negative google reviews. Most of them are fake. Me and my family (including elderly parents) stayed there for a night before our return flight. Rooms are very clean, well equipped with everything you need. Breath taking view of Old town. Nothing can beat that. Host was very kind to explain us the checkin process and was always available to respond throughout our stay. Yes parking was not easy, but if you have driven enough, should be just fine. Its not suppose to be easy, if you are planning to stay in that core area. It took less than 5mins for us and parents to reach Old town from the apartment. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the insane parking situation. Takes you through a rollercoaster ride through upper Dubrovnik to a deadend street where cars are parked like a Tetris game. The apartment however is fabulous with great kitchen, A/c, and shower. Views from apartments of old town is the game changer for this place. You can reach old town by foot within 5 minutes, and don't worry, the 300 steps uphill back will burn those extra calories...
