Dubrovnik City shop - IRON THRONE — Local services in Dubrovnik

Hi. I purchased a blue pair of the hand made wood sunglasses in a beautiful blue frame as well as t-shirts, cups and a few other items. I held up the blue frames for the lady cashier to get a new pair for me as the same way I picked out my husband's glasses and our shirts etc. She asks me to bring over to register. She rechecked and said it was the last pair. She wrapped them for me and we paid and left. This was on Sep 1, 2017. However, when I got back to the states, I opened them and they have severe scratches and discoloration of the lenses. I am very disappointed about this. Is it possible to send pictures and get a replacement pair mailed to me? I did not choose higher rating yet because I wanted your store to have a chance to respond. Thank you so much. Not the best Game of Thrones shop in Dubrovnik. Also if you want a picture on the iron throne you will need to buy something which can be expensive, I would recommend taking a picture on the iron throne on Lokrum Island which is free to take, yes you have to pay to visit the island but so many more beautiful things to see. Also why I gave only 1 star when we entered the shop the staff members were very rude and if not for them we would of been happy to buy something to take a picture on the throne. I am actually wondering if someone can help me out. I was in Dubrovnik in January 2020 and literally my first full day in Dubrovnik I told myself don’t go crazy for the Game of Thrones souvenirs so I went and did tourist stuff. Well gosh darn it that was the last day of the shop for the season. So I missed my chance to sit in the Iron Throne and I even went to Spilt and missed seeing the GOT museum by two days too.
