After 2 weeks of traveling and eating at wonderful restaurants we thought weâd make 360 our last stop in Croatia and weâre both greatful that we did. We were greeted by a perfectly attired hostess who warmly escorted us to our table on the outdoor dining level. We were then turned over to the âteamâ that would take care of us for the evening, beginning with Marie who would walk us thru the menu options and Goran who was the sommelier and also would work the table. In addition there were others who participated in making the dinner experience seamless.
The wine list consisted of over 500 bottles from the delightful Croatian wines to your world clsss Bordeaux, Burgundies, Vega Sicilla Unicoâs etc. We finally decided on a 2012 Montalpicino from the Brunello region of Italy.
We started with a chefâs Amuse-bouche. From this point on things got exciting we both decided on the current 2018 tasting menu which started with; for my wife agnolotti pasta stuffed with chicken mousse and oxtail, onion confit and semi glaze. I had scallops & pearls; scallops tartare / turnip dressing / apple / Ston bay oysters / with a parsley oil. Excellent way to start.
Plate 2: we both had Scampi / Kaddif / Jeruselum artichoke / Scampi cappuccino. My only thought about this that being that shrimp was the star ingredient for this course, at times when you took a mouth full it was slightly lost by some of the other flavors.
Plate 3; Turbot / Cauliflower cream / clams / dark fish stock. Elegant dish anywhere any time. The turbot was cooked 2 ways one fried with the fish bones in so that that acted as toothpicks. The second serving was roasted with a delicate and moist composition. The clams were cooked with 3 different preparations and your palate was screaming for more!
Plate 4; Black Pork / Neck / Beetroot and sweet onion tart / Pork skin chips / Sweet potato / cream of mustard. We both thought that the prior dish was going to be the best of the night and a day later we still are undecided
Prior to our final dish the chef sent out a plate of 4 different chocolates that were absolutely delicious.
Finally plate 5: A Chocolate lovers heaven Chocolate in 3 different preparations along with Raspberry sorbet. This was an absolutely wonderful end to an incredible meal. The service also enhanced the meal exponentially as well. A very special thanks to Goran for taking us into the wine cellar it was truly appreciated by both of us. Lastly, to you Marie think of us at night when you hear the âsounds of nature.â

Read moreThere were so many misses from a service standpoint. Apart from minor details weâd expect as fine dining serving etiquettes like decrumbing the tables, the entire experience with the sommelier left a bad taste in our mouths.
Since 360 doesnât offer wine pairing, we decided to just go by the glass. I told the sommelier we planned to order a few local wines to pair with our courses. He offered to split each glass into halves so we could try a wider range of selections, which we really appreciated. The menu noted there were options to sample wine, so we asked the somm to sample two from the menu. The somm didnât come back even after our first course was served. We asked for the somm again as our hors dâoeuvres were sitting cold. He finally came back with two bottles which he tried to pour into our glasses but I noticed that these werenât the ones we requested, so asked again if we can âsampleâ the original two. My partner and I both were a bit confused as to where the miscommunication started but wanted to believe this was an honest mistake, so clarified with the sommelier again, that weâd like to pick the wines ourselves though weâd appreciate his inputs for consideration. He made a slight face, then came back and started to fill up the two glasses with the wines that we had initially asked to sample. At that point, we gave up and committed to our pours. Subsequently, we ordered a few more from the menu to complement each of our courses. By the last course, we were done with ordering more wine. As our dessert was coming out, the somm came to our table and started pouring what looked to be dessert wine. I asked him whether this was part of the course since we never asked for it and didnât want to pay for more wine. The somm responded with âthis goes very well with dessertâ and started filling up our glasses. When the bill came out, we noticed that we were charged 36 euros for the two dessert wines.
Ultimately itâs about the basic principles; unless you asked for it, as a customer you should be made aware of additional charges whenever you get a product or a service you didnât ask for.
Considering all, I just donât think the whole experience was worth it and wouldnât personally recommend...

From the moment we were welcomed until the final goodbye, our visit to Restaurant 360 was nothing short of magical. If youâre anywhere near Dubrovnik, do everything you can to experience this place â itâs truly worth the effort.
We were incredibly lucky to be seated at a beautiful, private table overlooking the harbor. The view alone could have made the night, but what followed was something far beyond expectations.
The food? Absolutely extraordinary. Every dish delivered fantastic flavors, incredibly beautiful presentation, and perfection in every detail â from the amuse bouche to the very last bite of cheese. You could feel the precision and passion behind every plate. Pure joy.
We were four adults, all passionate about food and wine â and this was an experience that delivered on every level. The wine pairings were not only delicious but presented with care and stories that added depth and meaning to every glass. The service was attentive without ever being stiff, and the sommelier was simply outstanding. One of us is gluten intolerant, and the team made sure every detail was thoughtfully handled â it felt natural and generous, not like a special request.
What really stood out was the warmth of the staff. We didnât just get served â we were hosted. We were told about the history of the restaurant, the philosophy behind the kitchen, and the passion that drives everything they do. It made the whole evening feel personal and deeply special.
A small note: we werenât able to order the tasting menu because some of us preferred Ă la carte, and we didnât quite understand the reason. But honestly, thatâs a tiny footnote in an otherwise flawless night. And the only real downside? It ended too soon. (Also, the wind made an appearance â but not even the incredible team at 360 can control the weather đ)
To the entire team: thank you. For the hospitality, the flavor, the heart â we left full in every sense...
