Good location. Overpriced room that does not have enough hot water for 2 quick showers. When contacted they said we were in the shower for too long. Although my husband was in the shower for less than 5 mins. They claimed all "properties " in Dubrovnik have this hot water issue, although in a previous apartment in the old town we had no problems at all.
Leaking water from the room above so the apartment stank of damp.(We were notified of this before our arrival) They offered free breakfast to compensate.
The key works for all the apartments in the property including the main door.
The host did not want to take responsibility when I asked for a refund.

We had a lovely week in Dubrovnik. |This property is in a great location in the centre of the old city. Our room was small but nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The ensuite was also clean with large shower cubicle. The windows opened into a lightwell so no view of the streets, although I'm sure that is common within the old city.|There is no staff on site. All communication was done via Whatapp or email. We didn't get entry instructions until the day of our flight which was a bit worrying. We struggled with luggage up the 3 flights of stairs on arrival and departure.|Dubrovnik old city is beautiful but can get busy when the cruise ships come in. Beautiful room. Perfect location. Quiet inside, despite being in the middle of Old Town Dubrovnik. AC included. It was a perfect respite for my packed touring days. Also, while the staff are not on site, they are responsive and close. (Every WhatsApp message I left had response within minutes.)
