Heart of Split Apartments — Hotel in Grad Split

😊: Location was great, modest bedroom and good size kitchen area. Good communication with the host. Parking space available but additional fee applied for every day,. 😢: Bed was very soft and quite uncomfortable for our backs. Additional charge of 10 euro for parking space a day seemed excessive, especially that space was a part of the property / parked in the garden area. In the previous apartments we only had to pay if parking was outside the property. Place looked little worn out from outside and needed some upgrade. Would be nice to have coffee and tea available like we always had in previous accommodations in Croatia, we found some cappuccino packets but...

Super! Sehr zu empfehlen! Freundlicher Hauswart, sehr sehr sauber und alles da was man für einen Stadtetrip erwartet! Sehr modern und schick eingerichtet, neu renoviert! Und der Parkplatz den man dazu buchen kann ist in der Lage Gold wert! 5 Minuten gehzeit in das Zentrum der Altstadt!

Und was das soll mit dem Duft, dass "Emily" beschreibt sein soll, keine Ahnung! Diese Wohnung riecht absolut neutral, wenn man natürlich das WC Duftspray auf der Toilette verwendet, das offensichtlich ein deutscher vergessen hat (das nehmen wir offensichtlich gern mit in Urlaub), dann duftet es nicht gut, das ist klar liebe Emily. Die Fenster kann man öffnen, solange man da ist, und wenn die Fenster zu sind, solange man weg ist, und dann kommt das was man lüften nennt, sobald man zurück ist! Ist echt was tolles, wenn man solche einfachen Dinge beherzt und befolgt! Sorry, aber sowas tolles nur aus trotz, weil es nicht so ist wie zu Hause, schlecht zu bewerten ist ein NoGo. Ausserdem, beim Buchungsportal top beschrieben, und genau so...

😊: Good accommodation and very near to the city center. The bed is very comfy and the location is quiet. The kitchen is well-furnished but lacks an exhaust fan.. 😢: There is a lack of an exhaust fan, but there is nothing to worry about if you open the windows while cooking.
