Our first visit to Split and our first stay at Indigo rooms. After research we felt this was an ideal place for us. All the rooms are in the one large apartment on the first floor. We didnt use the lift so I can't review its usefulness. Having given an estimated arrival time, on entering the appartment we were greeted by a very welcoming host. We were given the choice of two rooms, as room no 2, that we chose, is over the road with a busy junction (well it is a city) and as advised is a little noisy. If you are a light sleeper, a pair of disposable  ear plugs will solve the issue, perhaps something the owners could consider supplying. The other room faced a courtyard at the back with a not very appealing view, but it is much quieter, apparently. The room itself was pleasant. The bed is large, firm and sturdy. There is a fridge, tv, kettle, earl grey tea bags and 2 in 1 coffee sachets. If you are a tea drinking Brit I'd take a few teabags with you, I'm glad I did. In the bathroom you have liquid soap, shampoo and bodywash in large dispencers. Two bath towels and two hand towels and a small floor towel were provided  (towels were changed each day but not always the same ratio!) Anything else you may need can be purchased in the small well stocked supermarket below (though I didn't see ordinary tea bags) or from the market across the road.

What a gem in the very centre of Split. The town centre is on the doorstep. Ideal location for seeing the historic centre, get some food and catch a boat or ferry, or a coach to explore the local islands or towns. Lovely deco, artwork and friendly service. The place is tidy and very clean. Host is quick to respond. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Indigo Inn, and I can't say enough wonderful things about this charming hotel. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made me feel right at home.

Had our stay here booked for us via Journee and honestly, I don't think they could have picked a better hotel! It was right next to the Riva- had there not been a tree outside out window we probably could've seen it from our bed. Room had aircon, a big shower, and was super large and clean. It was super busy outside our window (cause we were obvs so close to the city centre) but I sleep like a corpse and also enjoy people-watching out the window so I loved it lmao. Our host, Jerry, was lovely and so helpful; spent time to show us on the map all the best places to eat, get icecream, where to get good views of the city, and places to avoid/tourist traps. On the last day he even let us leave our bags with him, and even looked up bus timetables for us to get to the airport!! I wish we could've stayed and talked longer but we were in such a rush. There was a whatsapp number on the door to the office, so you could message him if you needed anything at all. The hotel also smelt fricking stunning, everytime I walked in I'd huff the atmosphere and say "it smells good in here", so I messaged the host and he told me the smell and even which shop I could get it in 🥹😭 allround lovely guy

Considering we didn't even know we were going to Croatia until we got to the airport that morning- they did a perfect job at booking the hotel.(and the rest of the trip too lol) Honestly I cannot explain how good this hotel was. If you're coming to Split, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! Thank you for hosting...

We had booked three rooms in this hotel/flat/apartment for the sole reason that it is in the city centre. This property is having a 5 bed room flat in a residential apartment. Although the location and rooms were good, we had difficulty to bring the luggage from taxi to the rooms. Apartment is located near the traffic signal and hence the taxi can not stop near to the apartment. the lift is mind blowing, it needs at least three people to put a bag into the lift, one person has to hold outside door, second person has to hold inside two doors, and third person to push the baggage inside the lift. Also it is very close to main road and traffic signal, noice can not be avoided. Rooms are clean but bath rooms and wash basin can clog any time, if we report to supervisor about clogging he will start blaming us instead of clearing the clog. Overall, I do not recommend this property for the family with kids and those who are sensitive to noise and also for those who are carrying...
