Luxury Villa Minerva Gardens, Split — Hotel in Grad Split

I highly advise everyone to avoid this accommodation. I booked this apartment on booking.com, and 5 minutes later an Indian guy contacted me and forced to cancel my reservation because nobody will let me in and the place is not ready. They charged my money and promised to solve the situation with booking, I was told I will get a refund in 48h. After 48h my money was still on their account and booking.com had no idea of such unfair practices. They intentionally lie to their clients to avoid relacation cost that should have been charged by bookig.com. Choose a different apartment if possible, let's not support...

The accomodation was clean and spacious for a studio style. It is a shared accommodation within what looks to be a house. This seams to be a common style in Croatia, and for the price point it wasn’t too bad. There is no reception as such, but once you get in touch with the owner or the property manager they will guide you through the process to access your room.
