Faultless experience at one of the most comfortable, well serviced and fabulous hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. There is no other hotel to even consider in Nicosia, the MAP is in a league of its own and shows a level of experience other establishments could learn from.

To begin the booking process was handled by Despo who seamlessly arranged a room for my wife's birthday stay and made me feel everything was arranged professionally even before I had arrived.

Upon arrival, the room was impeccably clean and modern with excellent digital features but still warm and cosy. Automatic lighting welcomed me to a bathroom with a selection of shower pods that gave me an invigorating shower spa experience. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony presented a lovely city view.

The staff and service was of a grade I would expect of a top London hotel and even exceeded some of the high end establishments I have stayed in before. They have certainly achieved the perfect balance of professionalism and personal attention at this hotel.

Being warmly greeted by the staff, particularly Pela or Evi each day, who genuinely make it their goal to ensure you are looked after with a supreme level of care was a breath of fresh air and a wonderful start to our days.

I will surely return to this hotel and I leave today with only fond memories of an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations.

I had the pleasure of staying here for about a week. The hotel is located in the city centre. A couple of minutes away from the old town. The staff is of the utmost professionalism. From the personnel at the reception, the restaurant, the gym, and the housekeeping. The housekeeping staff is excellent, the room was always cleaned and tidied up whether I left early or late in the morning. They were extremely helpful whenever I needed extra amenities (coffee capsules, water bottles, toothpaste) for the room. I very much appreciated their dedication to cleanliness and order. The breakfast is made to order with table service. The coffee is excellent, with a wide selection made by the cafe staff. The breakfast menu has traditional cypriot options as well as continental or british. The gym is excellent and very clean. Staff at reception was very helpful whether it was early in the morning or late at night. My room also had a balcony, and it was easy to relax in the morning and have your coffee under the sun. The price was pretty good, and they had a summer offer with a night off during the month of August. In summary, thank you very much for a pleasant stay and I'll be definitely coming back...
