Pension Pod Věží — Hotel in okres Kolín

If you want picturesque stay, try to book accommodation in Kutna Hora, e.g. Pension Barbora opposite the cathedral. But if you have to stay in Kolin, Pension Pod Vezi is a great place to stay.||Rooms are modern,new, clean, cozy in quite surrounding and in the very center of the town. 5 min walk to river Labe bank for bike or walk, jogging.1 min walk to Bartolomej cathedral-wonderful from outside Gothic construction-UNFORTUNATELY closed for tourists. Area around and church is opened only for mass on Sundays at 10 a.m.-well, was not able to visit. ||Price is adequate. Breakfast not included but can be ordered-tasty and sufficient portions. Private wellness and fitness can be visited too within the same pension premise.||There are terases on each floor-public.||Friendly staff, ready to help. We have a baby, could leave coach down in the separate room.||Otherwise, not much greenery in the city, more industrial type of the city. A lot of small, specialized shops. People are strange, seems that they enjoy drinking and smoking much "hospody"- villagers mentality :) some gipses, and weird unemployed types walking around in the day.||For dinner I can recommend Steak Land- great steaks, service, place and prices.||Anyway nice place to be for max. 2...

Ideally situated in the old center of Kolin, it is near all restaurants and parking is usually available. The dining room/reception is quaint and really lovely, the breakfast is simple but you can order eggs and other savoury breakfast as you like.|The 3 bedrooms I have been in were all really nice and big. The one with the Victorian bath in the room itself takes the award. Mattresses could be a little thicker. That is really the only downside...

Perfect location with great atmosphere, nice staff, clean rooms, nice terrace and inner garden - I don't really require anything more than this.||We were perfectly satisfied here, you can get anywhere you want to get in Kolín in 5-10 minutes from here (sights, train station, summer cinema, shops, and so on).||I would stay here...
