(+) Location is good - close to the city center. ||(-) I informed the hotel a couple of months in advance that we should arrive between 11 and 12 (I know that official check in starts at 14:00 but someone had to be at the reception), however no one was at the reception at 11:40. We left our luggage at the restaurant - thanks for that. When we came back at 17:30, the girl at the reception was so busy talking by phone that we had to wait 10 minutes until she had finished her private conversation||Soviet type pension with damaged corners. Was really pleased we got to stay at this place for my birthday trip. Great location just outside the main centre and just around the corner from the Great Synagogue, which is a must-visit and we would have probably missed had we stayed somewhere else.||||I needed a charger for my phone (had forgotten to bring an adapter for a foreign plug) and the bar staff lent me one. As they had been charging their own phone I thought this beyond the call of duty.||||The room was big, spotlessly clean and very quiet, got a great sleep.
