Delish — Restaurant in okres Plzeň-město

First things first, great food, however terrible service.

Had to ask twice for the bill. Once we got the bill from the employee she immediately wanted me to pay. Once checking the bill I found that they changed the house wine with the Italian one, and that they charged me twice for it.... upon pointing her at this mistake she replied angrily that she would only take two crown off for the mistake that she gave Italian wine.

She apparently poured two wine servings in one glass, even though we ordered one wine. So why blame me for being confused and refusing to pay?

Once I told her I would just pay the check because I didnt want trouble she pushed the paying terminal in my hands.

Upon leaving she didnt say a simple thank you, or goodbye eventhough I said goodbye twice and making eye contact with her.

Anyway, I would definitely come again, just not if she was working...

I have a LOT of experience with this burger restaurant. Mainly because they made me wait for over 30 minutes for 2 DESSERTS... When I went inside to pay (no staff to be seen outside) the waiter wanted me to pay for for the dessert I never received. When I told him I never received it but I didn't have anymore time to wait he got angry with ME(?!) and slammed the bill on the counter.

Food was mediocre at best, portobello burger was wet/greasy and plain, Meat was overcooked.

Waitress that served us at the beginning was not rude but quite unpleasant.

The 1 star is for the good coffee, the rest will surely...

Stopped in late night after checking into my hotel… I was a little anxious as my Czech is pretty limited but the two people working were so nice and accommodating! I ordered the steak salad and it was perfection; fresh arugula, perfectly cooked and seasoned steak, tomatoes and freshly shaved Parmesan - so good! I also ordered a side of the fries and they were so fresh, crispy and not greasy at all. Chatted with my waitress a bit and she was kind enough to answer some questions about some nearby attractions that I’m planning to visit. Clean, great musics and ambiance great beer so what more could...
