We found the museum by accident while checking a map of Pilsen which was a stop on our trip in Czech Republic. As a couple of WW2 collectors and reenactors, we were very happy with the visit and talk with Ivan who seems to be very involved in the WW2 History and Memory. The museum offers a 1h visit with many readings that precisely depict all the events that happened in Czech Republic and display a fair amount of local finds and some items that belonged to Patton himself! At the end of the visit is a 10 min video focused on the huge event that happens in Pilsen every year in May to celebrate the liberation of the city and the end of the WW2 in Europe. The story is told in great detail in 20 panels in Czech and English, illustrated with uniforms and artifacts from the time. I found it very readable.
