Easily one of the more unique and exciting breweries in Prague.
The master brewer here is a true craftsmen and has managed to create a full ranged menu of beers to suit just about every taste. I asked for a recommendation and was suggesteed a Summer Ale that tasted exactly like the best Summer Ales i've had. It was near identical. I tried one other beer, a Lumberjack Ale that was also very rich and flavourful. Just ask and they'll be sure to recommend something to your taste.
There is also a great selection of pub food on offer ranging from small finger food and nibbles to full blow tradition Czech dishes that could easily feed any army.
There is ample seating inside in the spacious high ceiling building with a modern minimalistic design aesthetic. There is also large tables with bench stools outside under the trees for something more fresh in the hot summer days. All seating areas come with table service.
Honestly, Czech beer is already pretty good, but these guys are really taking it up another level and getting creative in pushing the boundaries. If you're in the area, take the short trip out of the tourist zones and get into a few...

Far too expensive!
The service was admittedly very good, while the beer and the food were both of decent quality, but neither was exceptional.
I know prices have gone up in Prague in recent years, but 99Kc for 0.4 at the brewery for a session ale (so no bottling costs, no transport etc.) is still well over the odds, even for craft beer, unless it is something very special.
We tried four different beers (two different lagers, two different ales) and none of them was bad, but none of them was great either.
Food was similarly overpriced for what you got. Perfectly fine, but not worth going back for at that price.
I can't help thinking they benefit from the US embassy over the road, as to US visitors the prices would seem very reasonable, but there are lots of craft breweries in Prague selling better beer for a much more reasonable...
