Chang An — Restaurant in Prague

I do believe the food is authentic, and the cook was friendly enough. Problem is, we’ve had similar noodles and food in Cuenca, Ecuador, and numerous times during my time in China (total six months). I didn’t feel this was nearly as flavorful as similar dishes by the same name that I had in Cuenca and in China. Worse yet, and consistent with comments by another reviewer, we were charged 450 cz for a beef noodle soup and a bowl of “three flavored noodles”. From all we could see on any menu there was nothing close to this in price. (No two items, and we had no drinks.) Further when it came time to pay she wanted to charge 70cz surcharge for use of a credit card....

This is a really good place for authentic Chinese food. Good homemade noodles with beef and oils. Different styles based on ingredients of the daym The place is run by Chinese people and they know what they are cooking. The fried dishes are delicious too...

As my Chinese friend said: this made my brain idle, like in my mom's kitchen in China And my Greek friend said: this is like Chinese bolognese and also 'I will marry you' (to the cook 😊)

As someone who lived in China for two years, I can say that this is the most authentic Chinese food that you can get in Prague (and the Czech Republic for that matter). The only thing to keep in mind is that on their menu they only display fake Chinese dishes for Czech people. If you want to have the real thing, you need to ask them/show pictures.
