I do believe the food is authentic, and the cook was friendly enough. Problem is, we’ve had similar noodles and food in Cuenca, Ecuador, and numerous times during my time in China (total six months). I didn’t feel this was nearly as flavorful as similar dishes by the same name that I had in Cuenca and in China. Worse yet, and consistent with comments by another reviewer, we were charged 450 cz for a beef noodle soup and a bowl of “three flavored noodles”. From all we could see on any menu there was nothing close to this in price. (No two items, and we had no drinks.) Further when it came time to pay she wanted to charge 70cz surcharge for use of a credit card....
