AVERAGE RAMEN - GREAT TAKOYAKI
FOOD – do not get me wrong, becasue your Ramen is not bad, but "average" word is really appropriate here. I would still consume it to fill an empty stomach but not to remind myself flavours from one of the Kyoto`s narrow streets. However, I love your Takoyaki, which tastes same good as best places I had occasion to try it.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – kind and helpful when needed, but with no passion to the food nor to be there.
INTERIOR – I have to say, apart from the above lines, that interior is not that average; minimalistic, budget-oriented with few manga and traditional Japanese art pieces, and somehow you can feel comfortable and relaxed there, coming in from noisy crowd in Letenske Square.
PRICE – regular Ramen price, however visibly too much for Takoyaki and other starters. Can you possibly do some cost-effective, bigger...
Overall experience is really not bad, ok food, good location, good presentation, drinks pretty decent however why I gave 3 stars? The smell! I don’t much understand why Asian restaurants (mainly Vietnamese and Japanese) in Prague has to be all using chemicals in the food and make you stink from bottom to top. This place is not cheap at all and Im expecting they can really make the ramen soup out of bones instead of chemical powders. You probably don’t smell strong when you step in but you would definitely smell it after you return home or just sit in your car. My jeans literally stink too much and make half of the living room stinks… not to mention shirt, T-shirt and everything I’m wearing, and hair of course. It’s so decent place with so disappointing smell, I hope the Asian restaurants in Prague can somehow evolve better...
Read moreWe love the food 🍜. I came here with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed the food and the environment. It felt like just you are in Prague and when you stepped into the restaurant, welcome to Japan. I love the way the chairs and tables there, it’s just simple wood but brought up Japan to Prague.
The food was so delicious. We did enjoy it, a lot. We had Edamame, Chicken Karaage, Ramen Shoyu and Chicken Soba. It was all so perfect. The portions were big and we both had a happy food coma after it. I love the chili oil, it’s spicy and didn’t change the taste of the ramen when it mixed together, which is so perfect. Definitely will come back again
The homemade strawberry lemonade was just ok, nothing special from it.
The workers were so friendly and nice, they communicated very well and always had smile on...
