EL CONDE DE ATRINI — Hotel in Santo Domingo

Be careful with this hotel. About a month ago, we stayed at the place. It was only for one night and the person in charge didn't want to charge us for the stay. For this reason, we sent the payment to the owner, Mr. Davis Atrini, through PayPal and he charged us an additional $10 fee. We sent him a screenshot of the payment, the money was withdrawn from the account, and now he wants a second payment of the same amount. He constantly harasses us and threatens to open a legal case against us. We have screenshots of everything, from the payments to the threats. We feel very scared. They are dangerous people and take advantage of others. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Cuidado con este hotel. Hace un mes aproximadamente nos quedamos en el lugar. Era solo una noche y la persona encargada no quiso cobrarnos por la estadía y por tal razón, se le envío el pago al dueño, señor Davis Atrini a través de PayPal y nos cobro un fee de $10 adicionales. Se le envío captura de pantalla del pago, el dinero fue retirado de la cuenta, y ahora desea un segundo pago de la misma cantidad. Nos hostiga constantemente y nos amenaza con abrirnos un caso legal. Tenemos captura de pantalla de todo, desde los pagos hasta las amenazas. nos sentimos con mucho miedo. Es gente peligrosa y se aprovechan de los demás. CUIDADO POR FAVOR!

Tenha cuidado com este hotel. Há cerca de um mês, ficamos no local. Foi apenas por uma noite e a pessoa responsável não queria nos cobrar pela estadia. Por esse motivo, enviamos o pagamento ao proprietário, Sr. Davis Atrini, através do PayPal e ele nos cobrou uma taxa adicional de $10. Enviamos a ele uma captura de tela do pagamento, o dinheiro foi retirado da conta e agora ele quer um segundo pagamento do mesmo valor. Great hotel. It is very well located, the people that run it are polite and have good vibes. The place is very clean everywhere and the terrace with a jacuzzi is a beautiful place. I loved the fact that the jacuzzi area did not have a closing time, so you can basically go up to the terrace whenever you'd like, and given the fact that I arrived at midnight, this was the best for me. They waited for me and we're very responsive with every message I sent. Would definitely recommend...

Notre vol atterissant a l’aeroport de Santo Domingo assez tard, nous avons choisi de faire étape intermédiaire dans la capitale et la Zona Colonial en particulier (pour repartir le lendemain très tôt le matin vers notre destination finale a Samana). De plus avec le jetlag, nous ne cherchions qu’un endroit pour dormir. Cet hôtel tenu par David et Elimis (je crois un franco-belge et une cubaine) fait le taf. Il y a 4 ou 5 chambres (toute au 1er etage) et les 2 derniers etages sont le toit avec une super terrasse (avec un jacuzzi, un hamac, un bar). Vu qu’on est arrivé très tard, on en a pas profité mais le lieu est sûrement très sympa. Elimis est très serviable. On a eu un problème de wifi (soit disant sur toute la rue) du coup, on était frustré mais visiblement ce n’etait pas de la faute des gérants...
