NASS Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Cuenca

Made the reservation online and upon arriving at the hotel (4pm) no one was in reception. I got the women at store out front to call and let me talk to the receptionist who said she was at the other location and that she didn't know about this reservation because someone else handles the online reservations and regardless she already gave the room to other travelers. Then she invited me to go to the other hotel that they own across town (outside of the tourist area of this location), but the price would be more because it is a more "luxurious" hotel. I replied that it wasn't my fault that she left me without a room that evening and that she should offer me a room at the other location for the same price. She replied that it wasn't her fault that she booked all the rooms and that the room was more expensive at the other location. In my opinion, the Nass bed and breakfast hostel is one of the best accommodation places I have had in Cuenca because it offers quality services in an efficient and effective way, since the staff is attentive to the needs of the clients at all times. The hostel offers lodging and food service with special, delicious and unique dishes, the rooms of this establishment are very comfortable and cozy since they have views of the surroundings of the city, in addition to the fact that most of its structure is made of glass which makes it unique and luxurious in appearance. It also has rest areas where visitors can do other recreational activities such as reading, drawing, watching TV or swimming. This establishment is large, striking and not very expensive, so I think it has many customers who come to this place every day from different parts of the country...

We did not plan on staying in Cuenca but decided last minute and when we searched for a hotel for 5 adults, this great littleness came up. We met two great employees Flor and Paula. Both were incredible! They provided personal service and very attentive to our needs. The beds were comfortable, the room had 2 full size beds and a twin. The bathroom is modern. |The place is clean and the breakfast was prepared fresh (fresh fruit, eggs, toasted bread with optional spread, fresh fruit, natural juice and coffee, tea or hot chocolate.|We paid $50 including breakfast for 5. |I highly recommend this hidden gem. We walked at night a park 1/2. Block down had a lot of people exercising at night, we ended up having dinner at PÍO PIo and tried gyros at another place.
