And it's really odious behaviour to experience .. The same waiters were extremely bad to Street Cats .. You will know those 2 once you see them .. (Force leads to Nothing but a Finger in your own Nose) if you know what it means, Boys ā˜†The Manager is a Nice Person, And I hope that he intends to shake the system and do some new Software to settle up the whole thing, So the place be better than that .. ā˜†Absolute Salute to Barista Guy with a Beard (Morning Shift) who made me a nice Herbs Mix which I took it with my medicine at 6:00 AM and it really helped with the flu that I got that day .. ā˜†Absolute Salute to the Waiter who served the mix and asked me if I need any help that time .. ā˜†Absolute Salute to the Kid who's responsible of cleaning .. (Wish Him a Bright Future) Espresso: 9/10 Chocolate Cake: 10/10 Herbs Mix: 10/10 PLACE LIKE THAT NEEDS A BETTER SYSTEM (SINCERE GOOD LUCK)

If I could put 0 stars I will put -1 stars, they tried to scam me charging me double of the price, If you donā€™t argue with them they will charge you whatever they want. Be careful if you are in hurgada and you sit at this cafe! Also they treated the cats so bad! Never coming back

If you are against cat abuse, don't eat here. There is a waiter, a guy of about 25 years old with black hair. There was a red cat on the terrace, he was just lying there without disturbing anyone. That waiter kicked the cat hard, the cat literally flew through the air. I saw that happen when I walked by. We shouted at the waiter that he shouldn't do that, but the waiter didn't seem to care. I wasn't planning on eating there and writing a review, but because of this I have to leave a 1-star review. I can't stand it when innocent cats are mistreated like that. That's just not allowed. So please...

I just can confirm all the bad which was experienced from other customers. The waiter also cheat on me. He acts friendly and tries to distract you from the bill. The bill was higher than only the 14% of service charge. They charge extra for the WiFi and also put the service charge on the Wi-Fi. Calculation example in Egyptian pound: 97 for the drink, 10 for the WiFi with 14% service charge rounded 122ā€¦ but still not enough. Unfortunately I havenā€™t realised to late , they put the service charge on the final so that I need to pay 139. Conclusion: if you wanna go...
