Bazooka fast food restaurant — Restaurant in Al Hadaba

The prices are quite affordable, and the place offers a spacious and budget-friendly environment. With its wide seating areas and relaxed atmosphere, it’s a great spot to spend time alone or in groups. However, the food didn’t meet my expectations. I ordered chicken, and it was quite greasy. I usually don’t mind greasy food, but this time it was overly greasy, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there were some unwanted parts of the chicken, like liver, that weren’t cleaned properly. These are details that require attention, and the fact that it wasn’t cleaned properly was off-putting for me.

The service was also disappointing. Despite ordering just a cola, it arrived quite late. I reminded them a few times, but unfortunately, there was no attention given. I hope this was due to the crowd, as the place was really busy. However, it was still disappointing to be made to wait so long for such a simple order. I would have expected the service staff to be quicker and more attentive, as these small issues can negatively affect the overall experience. It was the weirdest call to a fast food restaurant ever, they had a serious problem with my building number " I told her in Kawsar we don't have" long long call and put me on hold a couple of times and to different people, then refused to take the order, then another person called and insisted that I sent her my location via WhatsApp first..

The food was disappointing, their cheese sauce is awful, fries are so thin and chicken was kinda okay to be honest, the wrap is horrible.

the order took so long to make and ages to deliver the delivery called two times before even moving from the restaurant . They didn't make it up anyhow and clearly they don't care if their clients aren't satisfied

For first time to visit and will be last time ever, never try again bazooka .. Soft drink was very hot (cola). Waiting more than 45 minutes. Order received missing item and when we ask about this item missing they said - no only this what you have ordered. Sorry I will never recommend and never again bad...
