From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff. Their friendliness made me feel instantly welcomed and valued as a guest. Despite initial concerns about the area's safety, I was pleasantly surprised by how secure and comfortable I felt throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to reassure guests and even assisted with Uber ordering, ensuring seamless transportation and peace of mind.
As for the room, it exceeded all my expectations. Not only was it spacious and impeccably clean, but the view of the Giza Pyramids from my window was simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a majestic sight every morning was a highlight of my stay.
Beyond their assistance with logistics, the staff also provided fantastic suggestions for activities and local attractions. Their insider knowledge truly enhanced my experience, allowing me to explore the area confidently and make the most of my time in this remarkable city.
Overall, I can confidently say that this hotel not only offers exceptional service and stunning views but also provides a safe and welcoming environment for travelers. I'm immensely grateful for their dedication to ensuring a memorable and worry-free stay.
PS: for super light sleepers like me, it’s worth mentioning that Cairo truly is the city that never sleeps, with car horns being a favorite form of communication. Earplugs might be a wise addition to your packing list! 😂😂 I used them and I couldn’t hear a thing from...
Read moreI had very mixed feelings about this hotel. The good: the hotel is nice inside and the rooms are nice. Service was good all around and their main restaurant's buffet was delicious for breakfast and dinner. We also ordered a la carte and that was also good. The terrace had lots of seating and wonderful views of the Pyramids and has a small pool you can sit by. The bad: I couldn't control the water temperature in two different rooms. It was either cold or scorching hot even when on cold! I couldn't take a proper shower. The rooms are noisy from the street noise no matter what floor you are on. It's so loud from constant beeping (busy street) even at 3 am and you could still hear it with ear plugs. The pool's water was ice cold. You literally went in and out, it was so cold. They also don't have an ATM and was told there is one across the street but we didn't see it and weren't going to wander in that area! Even though the terrace was nice to sit at, they have no alcoholic beverage selections. Their 'cocktails' were virgin with red bull. We didn't need caffeine, we wanted to unwind and relax. They did accommodate us with Stellas (Egyptian beer) which they had to go get somewhere but weren't available until 6 pm and requested cash to pay for them. So be sure to bring cash and good earplugs! I do have to add the staff at the terrace were very nice and made us...
