KFC — Restaurant in Giza

I ordered a few times from this branch. The first time a man was taking my order and he wasn’t friendly at all and I waited so long for them to take my order. The 2nd time there were 2 friendly girls and I loved how they treated their customers. The 3rd time, another girl was in the counter and her attitude was so bad. She took the orders from people who came after me and she knew that I came first. She talked in a bad way and I actually hated this branch because of the service today. I ordered this meal and started with the burger — it tasted really delicious but the chicken was barely there, like it was just a tiny piece of fried chicken skin. I overlooked that and ate it anyway and the sauce lettuce and everything else tasted great. After that I tried the twester, and it was the worst thing ever the chicken inside the sandwich was fine, but the tomato was spoiled! It smelled disgusting and I couldn’t eat it. The Staff was good, but they can't understand english, as a tourist they should have atleast one person to understand and explain.

We're really disappointed since were so hungry during the day, the chicken was bland, the fries looks tired, the drinks was not even cold, we just ate but we didn't get the satisfaction we want.
