A lovely hotel in the marina with beautiful modern decor. It’s very reasonably priced compared the other premium hotels in Hurghada. Free wifi throughout the hotel which was fast and reliable. The hotel was easy to find once inside the marina but as it’s a new hotel not many drivers knew where the place was so make sure you have the full address to hand upon arrival and book an airport transfer in advance if you can’t avoid the hassle from taxi touts and haggling. Excursions and airport transfers can be booked by the lovely man who organises the tours/excursions within the hotel. Speak to reception if he can’t find him behind his desk which is located just after the reception area.
The reason why I’ve given a 4 instead of 5 star is because of the food quality (although good) being inconsistent and a drink (or at least water) not included with the food. I don’t know if this is because of the sit-down menu style and not buffet style or that’s how half-board basis is.
NOTE: as others have mentioned, the pool and beach is not on-site. There is the beach bar called Blue Beach, which is opposite the hotel building for us to use. There’s no wifi at Blue Beach and the prices are slightly higher. You can’t bring food and drink onto premises which is a shame.
ADVICE TO FEMALE TRAVELLERS: We struggled to find a female staff member apart from in the big supermarkets, even the women toilets are serviced by men (no sanitary bin, just general bin). If you’re a female solo traveller, try to do most of your trips outside of the marina or strip in the daytime if you don’t want to get hassled, or think about booking local guide to chaperone you around the evening in the local city or make some friends with other hotel guests to go out in groups. I would advise not to do anything outside of the marina alone as not all roads outside of the marina are well lit. We (2 female friends) were conservatively dressed but still attracted unwanted attention. Some people were just being friendly but some were harassing us. I’ve been to Egypt before so I was prepared for this this but for first-timers like my friend, it really offended her so it might be something for you to consider.
Egypt is a beautiful country, the people are generally very friendly, hospitable and welcoming towards tourists but like anywhere, it’s good to err on the side of caution and don’t forget to respect of cultural...
Read moreThe hotel is situated besides main gate of Hurghada Marina. I had a generally positive experience during my recent stay at Hurghada's The Boutique Hotel. Although the hotel is lovely and has a calm ambiance, there were a few things that might have been done better to make the whole experience even better.
Location - The beach, shopping, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance of the hotel. This allows you to enjoy a serene, peaceful environment at the hotel while still having easy access to Hurghada.
Rooms - There standard rooms are very small and well-decorated. If you want spacious one do not opt for standard rooms.
Amenities - There is common pool and beach access area for Marina bay guest. Accessible time is 9 AM to 5 PM. The on-site restaurant provided delicious meals, though service could have been more efficient.
Service and Management - While the hotel has a lot of potential, there were some issues with the coordination between the staff and management. The staff, while friendly, sometimes seemed disorganized, which affected the overall guest experience. There were a few instances where requests took longer than expected to be addressed. The manager, although polite, could benefit from being a little more engaging and proactive in resolving issues. A more polished level of communication and coordination between the management and staff would definitely improve the guest experience.
Overall Experience - The Boutique Hotel in Hurghada has a lot of charm and comfort, but there is always space for improvement, particularly in terms of staff coordination and management responsiveness. If you want a relaxed stay in a pleasant setting and don't mind a few small service issues, this hotel is a good choice. With minor improving in staff training and managerial attention, it could easily become a standout hotel...

I stayed here at the end of January, and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Calling it a hotel would seem completely incorrect considering its conditions were less than those of a motel.
I booked a Deluxe Sea View Twin Room for a family birthday. Since it was a special day, I paid more for a bigger and better room. Big mistake. They gave us a room that was 10 square meters smaller with one double bed instead of two. I told the staff that I specifically requested for two double beds as I was there with my father, but they lied through their teeth and insisted it was the correct room—like I don’t know what I booked. Even when another staff member admitted it was the wrong room, they still refused to change it.
We asked for an extra bed, and they said it would take 5 minutes—but we waited 30 minutes. We checked in at midnight but couldn’t sleep until 2:30 AM. What great service, right? I wouldn't call it a service, but would call it an abuse. The next day, I argued with the manager. They finally gave us the correct room—but refused to compensate for the first night in the smaller, cheaper room. They essentially robbed me as they took more money than the room actually costed.
And the room? Dirty. Both bathrooms had mold, and the place did not feel clean at all. It felt like a threat to my health as I was breathing in this mold. Bad service, dirty rooms, and no responsibility—this hotel is a joke. Stay far away unless you enjoy being treated badly and do not mind coexisting with...
