Tango — Restaurant in South Sinai

At least 11 people working, but no one bothered to seat me or offer me a menu. I walked over and asked for one. Then I walked over to place my order since no one came to talk to me. I asked for the meat shawerma and fries. It took over 20 minutes for my sandwich, meat shawerma, to arrive. It was bland; just tahini sauce. I reminded them of the fries. As I wait for the fries, I am disliking the shawerma even more. The garlic spread doesn't help. He brought me reheated fries. I asked him to get a fresh batch. Back to waiting. I ask for pickles, hoping it will help me like this bland sandwich. Then, I ask for napkins. I know Dahab is not know for its food, but this experience was too poor in every way! The restaurant was dirty- trash can overflowing on to the floor and the tables need a wipe down. The food is flavorless and stale. Wow! Wow! Wow!! Outstanding and mind blowing food. The English menu does not fully describe the dishes, as they are more traditional meals but that's even better. They pie is more like a calzone but with filo dough, similar size to pizza, Stuffed with various fillings, ranging from vegetables to meat. 🫣 Also sandwiches which there are more like crapes(pancake) fried and staffed with what you like is just amazing!
