I had an unpleasant experience at this place. My friend and I arrived 20 minutes before closing, unaware of their working hours. We ordered drinks and cakes and found a seat, but just three minutes before 9 PM, the staff informed us they were closing. This would have been fine if we had been told when we placed our order. To make matters worse, the lights were turned off exactly at 9 PM, leaving us to pack up and put on our jackets in complete darkness.

I chose a ready vegan salad from the counter and went to pay - the price asked was higher from the price shown on the counter - I was surprised and said that sorry, but it was misleading the customers and that I should have the right to buy the salad as shown publicly on the counter. This is a nice and relatively inexpensive cafe. It offers a decent variety of food, from Easter European to Italian, and the quality is generally quite good. I recommend their 7.00€ Carbonara (it’s my favorite dish in Reval Cafe), and the deserts are also very good. They offer free WiFi as well, which can be helpful for tourists.
