Location is great, everything else not so.. Blond lady at the reseption was rude all the time, not only to customers but to colleagues as well. Talking rudely to colleague in front of customers. Not professional at all! Felt bad for the young girl there, she was friendly and helpful. We had superior room and our friends standard, didn't noticed the difference really, different coloured chairs,thats all. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was very old and tiny, aircondition was somehow located in the roof of a shower, made such a terrible noice.. Luckly stayed only one night there, so it was somehow ok, otherwice would ask to change the room...

Nice hotel situated really close to Esplanadi. We made the reservation straight on their site as we where getting a fall discount and we also received on our check in a coupon for a discount on drinks purchased from their bar in the lobby.
