Visited the shop on Sunday and whilst I was allowed to browse the items in store while waiting for an assistance to free up and assist me, I was waiting in the store for 30min. I asked the lady at the entrance how much longer is the wait going to be as there really isn't much to do for 30min in the store without an assistant and was advised there are still 3 people in front of me waiting for an assistant. I also asked whether there was an option to book an appointment however was advised that there wasn't. Anyone shopping high-end knows that this is unusual and the 30 min wait is unusual too. There are no seats in the store as it's tiny so you're left there to roam around or stand aimlessly, no water being offered and nothing else being said or asked. This is the poorest customer service at an high end store I have ever received as Gucci, Fendi and LV itself (in other countries) have all been absolutely amazing. Ended up leaving without being served as waiting for an assistant for an hour in a tiny store is absolutely ridiculous and poor form. Didn't even get the opportunity to buy the bag I went in to buy. Came to Helsinki for Christmas! Decided to invite my mom over to an LV store! When we came near the store, we had to find out how to open the door, the staff member with beard (who was there for this purposes), was literally enjoying, watching us failing opening the door. After some time, he finally, kindly decided to open the door for us. When we came inside, we were just kinda "yelled", by the same staff with beard, that we dont have the mask (he could calmly say that when opening the door, or something like that). First of all, shops now OFFER the masks to the people, which mistakenly forgot to bring their mask, instead of kicking them out. Second of all, its so unprofessional, to complain about that to the people, in the way that literally every costomer had to watch me getting emberresed because of that gentelmen with beard yelling at me! Christmas mood is ruined, my mom got really sad over this...definetely not...

There’s one lady I would like to point out, she was asked to served us halfway as the other lady had another appointment. She is very rude. When we asked about the price in total she replied in Chinese saying, ah, you can count yourself. When the bags are all put into a box, we asked her which box is for which bag, she replied in Chinese saying, ah, you can open it yourself and check. Her smile is very condescending. I feel disgusted with her service.
