Be aware this Hotel oversells their most expensive room category , so when you arrived your party will be assigned to lower category rooms, and a smaller size rooms with no sea views. Our group booked 2 Executive Double rooms with balcony and sea views, both rooms were a different room category and size, and both lacked views of the sea (both rooms located on 1st floor). Rooms did not look anything like the pics posted on booking.com and hotel website. Hotel is still also dealing with poor quality construction standards of their recent remodeling in July 2024, so both of our rooms had signs of ceiling water leak, water leaking into bathroom hallway while shower in used, and light fixtures coming off the wall, to name a few. Hotel Management and staff is obviously aware of these issues, but still lets customers stay on these rooms. We requested our room to be on a higher floor and away from the elevator and shared areas, however, they choose to ignore our requests, and both of our rooms where located on the 1st floor, across from the elevator and next to the hotel restaurant. Neither room had any sea views, as you can see from the pictures I posted. Probably the worst 2 rooms in the entire hotel, and we paid premium for an upgraded executive double room with sea views. We got the impression right away, hotel staff and hotel management are not trained to deal with any of the disturbing construction issues and customer complaints. Bottom line, they only care about their 'profits' by deceiving customers. Rooms are also not equipped with 'ice' machines or mini-fridges, which I found 'odd' for a 4-start Hotel. We addressed all these issues with hotel management while there, and we are still waiting for the 'partial' refund that they promised us for our stay. They provided room on the first floor. Although room was very different from the pictures in the google map,(smaller and bad view) but the condition was not bad. However, there were under constructions in the same floor and it caused really noisy sounds and block the entrance of our room. Other than that it smells really bad due to the Cafe located right next to our room.
Because of this we requested to change the room but they did not change the room.
The worst part is not the condition of the room. They have changed the key before we check out the hotel, so we were not able to enter our room. When we ask what happend, they said that it is normal to change the key of the rooms wihtin our staying. (I am not sure if the luggages are safe under this condition)
Although manager promised us not to charge our room, but we are not getting refund for almost one month, and the reason for not getting refund is because hotel is not responding to Agoda.
Please re-consider your stay because it is not a cheap hotel. I would stay other hotels with paying that...

We appreciate so much Anna in the reception with her friendliness and attitude of service and welcome to guests. Very pleasant and really helpful. She is an asset of this hotel! Fit for the position to face guests in a professional, pleasant, friendly and happy way which is rare in France.
I love the rooms, Fragonard toiletries and the way the bathroom was designed. This is the same design I have in my house in Barcelona so I appreciate it so much including all the details of the shower handle, the sink, everything!
The sheets and pillow cases were of high quality.
Location was the best! Nothing can be any better!!!!
View was what exactly I wanted. I travel a lot and it is not easy to find a perfect experience.
