Recently we've had the pleasure to dine at "Cafe Le Pierrot" and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful. Our waiter was nothing short of amazing: very friendly, often checking if we had everything we needed and that eveything was up to standard. Whilst waiting for our meals we were served popcorn to snack on, but even without that it would've been a wonderful dining experience because our meals were served quite quickly. The Pina Colada was the best we've ever had and they were able to make something as simple as ravioli taste exceptional. The meat served as part of the daily meal was perfectly cooked and seasoned, so was the rice served with it. I never quite understood the prhase "there's always room for dessert" until then. After gasping for air a few seconds ago we were stuffing our faces with the apple pie. The location is great as it is located right outside the Metro and there's a view of the Eiffel Tower just around the corner. We recomend dining at "Cafe Le Pierrot" and will...
Read moreTerrible. I would rate Café Le Pierrot as a 0 if I could. After waiting to be served for almost 45 minutes, the waiter told us that we couldn’t be served since the Café was about to close. It was around 12:55 am on July 14th. The Café closes at 2:00 am. Ironically, the guests seating in front of us actually got served even though they arrived 15 minutes after us. So did the couple seating next to us. After trying to get the waiters’ attention for over 30 minutes, I decided to proceed to the bar area and politely let one of them know that we wanted to order. The waiter who told us that we couldn’t be served was extremely rude, aggressive and arrogant. A seated customer who also witnessed his behavior towards us commented that “he was being disrespectful”. The waiter started to argue with her as well. Clearly, this business is highly unorganized and its staff is very unprofessional. We will never recommend this Café and will share our bad customer experience with others and on...
Read moreLet me start by saying that this is not my first time in Paris and also that customer service is never the highlight here. Last night we happened to be around this restaurant and my family and I decided to go in and try their food. We checked the menu and were not convinced that what they have to offer would "hit the spot", so we announced that we would not stay for dinner. Then this guy "Johnny" stopped at our table and told us to give them a chance and try their food, he said "you won't regretted". So he brought a blackboard with the specials for that day and my wife, my 2 boys and I order from that alternative menu. Needless to say the food was amazing but even better than the food was Johnny's customer service. He went above and beyond his duty, measured by any standard. The whole experience was incredible for the entire family. Thank you Le Pierrot, thank you Johnny... very well done....
