I had a really positive experience at the Merci Jérôme location in Paris 15. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Their selection of bread, pastries, and sandwiches is impressive – all fresh and delicious.
One thing that stood out was how professionally they handled a small order issue. I had accidentally missed part of my takeaway order, and they kindly refunded the full amount without hesitation once I contacted them. That level of customer service is rare and appreciated.
