I had a really positive experience at the Merci Jérôme location in Paris 15. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Their selection of bread, pastries, and sandwiches is impressive – all fresh and delicious.

One thing that stood out was how professionally they handled a small order issue. I had accidentally missed part of my takeaway order, and they kindly refunded the full amount without hesitation once I contacted them. That level of customer service is rare and appreciated.

There’s also outdoor seating right by the shop, which makes it perfect for enjoying a coffee and a croissant or pastry in the heart of the 15th district. Their coffee was great too – rich and well-balanced.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the...

I recently witnessed an incident at your bakery where a customer claimed to have found a hair in her croque-monsieur. The waitress promptly apologized and offered a replacement or refund. However, the customer began photographing and filming the waitress without consent. The manager intervened, reiterated the apology, and requested the customer to stop filming and informing other patrons about the issue. When the customer refused, the manager decided to call the police, prompting the customer to leave.

The customer’s actions appeared to harass the staff while portraying themselves as victims. Such behavior disrupts the dining experience for others and creates a hostile environment...

We found this yummy bakery near by our hotel. The manger was kind and offered us free chouquettes when we had our breakfast there. The bread and pastries, especially the quiche were delicious and no regret to have same breakfast for 2/5 days in Paris. We bought their macarons too with a nice packaging, just nice as a gift for our friends.

We bought some macarons back to Singapore and it's delicious. It's less sweet than we could found in Singapore. It's outside crispy and inside soft although it traveled without fridge for 36 hours. Regret that we only bought 4 boxes.

We will come back again in...

I recently visited Merci Jérôme, a charming bakery in Paris. I tried both their traditional croissant and their almond croissant, and both were absolutely good. The traditional croissant was flaky, buttery, and had a nice balance of sweetness. The almond croissant was good, but I felt like it was a bit too sweet for my taste. The texture of both croissants was good - crisp on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. The bakery itself was very busy and I felt that I had to rush my order. The staff was friendly though. The prices at Merci Jérôme are reasonable for the quality of the food.
