Reservei 3 noites.

Sir, You booked 3 nights via Agoda.com for 70€/nigh and you booked and choosed a non refundable and non cancelable rate, and on the second night, we don't know why you deceid to leave or for your personal reasons, after that you broked the heater system (for your first night it's working and all is fine) and you came down to the reception and ask for a the refund and free cancelation, injured our staff and tried to close the heater for all the other guest during a period with a low tempreture"arround 0°", We told you that we will call the compagny in the morning and fixe the heater you broked, but you were just tryng to get a refund or free cancellatioin nothing wrong with the hoetl or the room! and of corse we did the reparation the day after and the room was booked and this is legal! what was illegal and a violation is what you did here at the reception! ". For the 8 m2 it completly fake and is reduculous! All the rest of your review is just non-refund-revenge-review if you see what i mean...
Regarding the comment presented by the hotel, I have the following response: The answer presented here by the hotel is a mere attempt to camouflage the bad publicity that my testimony can trigger with potential guests who collect opinions about hotel units before making reservations. They adopted a mediocre strategy to try to justify their incompetence. At no time was an act of equipment destruction performed as reported. The hotel itself takes an incongruous stance in the version it presents when it subscribes and stamps at the end of the afternoon of the third day of stay (that is, after the supposed repair of the equipment) a statement requested by me (which I can perfectly share here) to attest to the events of the last night. This shows the falsehood of the comment presented here, since the hotel, after realizing that the guest would have supposedly destroyed an equipment that cost him a repair, would never be available to grant the guest a stamped declaration attesting to the events. Only my request to turn off the heating in the entire building (all the rooms) is true, a fact that is justified by the despair we felt with the heat inside the room. Regarding the area, if you wish, risk your stay and confirm the room area by observing the emergency plans. Extremely positive note for the Agoda agency that, unaware of the problem caused by the hotel, assumed the reimbursement of the two nights, even without being able to guarantee that same reimbursement with the...
Read moreI recently stayed at a hotel where my experience fell significantly below expectations. The pictures they show on the websites are not even close to reality. The room was extremely small, to the point where it was impossible to use the toilet with the door closed due to insufficient legroom. Additionally, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, which significantly impacted my rest. To be fair, there are also bigger rooms in the hotel, so if you are going, make sure not to take the comfort room. But that wasn’t even the main issues. On the third morning of my stay, I discovered an unsettling issue with the room's kettle. The water in it was yellow, which I only noticed after using it to make coffee. It might have been some cleaning solution that they forgot in it, but It made me concerned about the water's safety, especially since I had already consumed some of it, and have been walking with headaches for 2 days. When I brought this to the attention of the reception person, along with a photo and a video for evidence, it seemed to barely interest them.
Lastly, the hotel's walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. On my final night, it was as if the guests next door were partying in my own room, making it impossible to sleep. This issue wasn't isolated to just my room, as a colleague staying a floor below also experienced the same disruptive noise and couldn't sleep.
This experience has been profoundly disappointing, and I hope the hotel takes immediate action to address...
