We’ll-executed rapid sushi setup. Decor is nicer than the grab-from-a-fridge options, but it’s not exactly atmospheric or a place to linger. There’s a brisk lunch trade - lots of takeaway (very slick and quick service) and short, sharp lunch-with-a-friend going on. Prices are fair given the portion size and general quality, but it’s not a ‘find’ or remarkable. The whole Latin/fusion thing is overblown - it’s just a metropolitan take on sushi and skewers. Upon arrival, we were told not to take the 'banquette' as we were just 2 (remember we are in the middle of August in Paris, in a professional district... But anyway). So we sat elsewhere, then waited for the waiter to tell us about options... Never happened, only for us to realise it was self service. It's a small place so he could have easily reached out to us but I guess he had other stuffs to do. Food is good, but nothing exceptional for a lunchtime...

Arrived Paris late and most restaurants were closed near the hotel. Was super hungry and chose this after reading reviews. Come on everyone who left 4-5 stars!
