The room, and hotel in general are terrible. Walls are stained with grease and dirt to such an extent that it is scary to touch them. Sheets are permanently stained, but. Sealing is heavenly deformed, flooded and rotten, spider web that accumulated dust for many months are in the corners. Mirror in the room is scratched and almost as dirty as a window that barely lets any light inside. Flooring is horrible. What once was a wooden floor is now rotten away, and there is a solid layer of dirt under every wall. Pisces of tomato skin on a bathroom door tell the story of someone who could not hold it any more and puke all over it. However one would not question such a decision after only a glance at the bathroom itself. Every bit of it was once broken, and left as is. It is dirty beyond description. Toilet Brush had only small bit for it's handle so in order to use it you would need to Jacques-Yves Cousteau your hand in to uncharted waters of doom. Specking of unwanted touching, the seat on the toilet was misaligned in such a way that it was impossible to lower your manly bits in to the toilet without contacting ugly, cold ceramics. Two days during my stat in the hotel there were no power in the room, so no phone charging, no hair drying - nothing. The hairdryer that we get from the reception was so lame you could not tell whether it was on at all, so we had to look for another one. There was only one light in the room, only one was working. Even though there were 3 wall switches. Guy on reception was trying to sell some fishy boat tours to us, he was very rude and unprofessional. All in all this hotels is so bad, I'm not even sure I've mention everything.

If you never had an OCD, come to this hotel, you will want wash yourself after every contact...

This would be one of the worst places I ever stayed at. First they give you a written quote, then when you come to stay, they charge you more with no hope of paying what you were quoted as it is covered by bank security. I have tried, but they ignore my requests. Second, the room is crap, the light near the bed has a mind of its own, it goes on and off as it pleases. The bathroom has a broken towel rack, no plug in the basin, no floor mat when you get out of the shower, the shower head sits on the taps as the bracket to hold it is broken, no face washer available. The lift is halfway between 2 floors, you have to climb up from the ground floor to get to it. To get to your room, you either climb half a floor, or walk down half a floor. WEIRD. Breakfast is cheap, and I mean cheap. 5.50 euros per person, the choice of jam is orange marmalade or orange marmalade. There was honey, just enough for one slice of bread, had to wait for somebody to go to the shop to get more. Coffee was OK as long as you like it black, there was some floaty in the milk. I don't think a hot breakfast was available, i did not inquire. If there was something good in this place, I don't know what it is, I never found it. By the way I still have no reply or refund for the extra charge as of today. Paris is the most beautiful place in the world, host of the 2024 Olympics, I really feel for the people who will stay in this place not knowing what they will be up against. I do hope after reading this that you will give this place a MISS. I have posted my findings of this place to the "Paris...

Give this place a miss, here is why.|The reception and breakfast areas look good, that is about it. I was quoted 81.26 euros for the room, 2 breakfasts and local taxes. On arrival I had to pay 85.50euros, even with the quote in writing I still had to pay the higher price. I could not walk out as the quoted amount was secured by the bank, and it would have ended up costing me more.|The hotel has a lift, but you have to climb halfway to the 1st floor to get to it. It only stops in between floors. In other words, you either have to climb up to your floor or go down steps to get to your room when you use it. Weird!!!!!!!!!|The room decoration is terrible and it looks like maintenance is done by a 5 year old.|The bedroom light near the bed has a mind of its own. It goes on and off as it pleases.|The bathroom has a broken towel rack, there is no plug for the basin, no floor mat for when you get out of the shower, no face washer, the shower has no bracket to hold the shower head as it broken.|Breakfast. It is cheap, 5.50 euros per person. The choice of jam is orange marmalade or orange marmalade. There was some honey, but just enough for one slice of bread. Had to wait for somebody to go to the shop to get more. Coffee was ok as long as you have it black. The milk had a little floaty in it. As far as I know, you could not get anything cooked.|If there was anything good about this place, I do not know what it is. I never found it.|By the way, I have tried to get the extra money charged refunded,...

Unsafe and I believe should be closed until they can fix the mold, damp, electrical, repair the bathrooms, repair the completely unstable flooring, and replace the disgusting soiled linen. There was what looked like toilet paper shoved into light sockets, the shower was broken, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in ten years and the bed linen had stains ALL over it. The towels had HUGE holes. I genuinely couldn’t believe how terrible it was or that anyone would ever stay after seeing the room. The mold and damp triggered an asthma attack within minutes of being in the room. We were told I would receive a refund after we immediately checked out once seeing the room but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Don’t stay here. The only positive was that the staff were initially understanding but I didn’t receive the promised refund and they haven’t responded to my message.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel du Brabant dal 19 al 22 gennaio. Ho prenotato intorno a fine ottobre due camere triple (eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini) senza leggere nessuna recensione.
