Kris is an artist when it comes to a sandwich. Artisan bread, super high quality meats and cheeses with exceptional personality and service. My mother in law, wife and myself stopped in after not liking the options at other sandwhich shops. This is my first and most likely my last time in Paris and I am a sandwich snob. I am willing to pay if the food is fantastic. I wanted an authentic sandwich with quality ingredients. This was exactly that. We were happily greeted into his quaint business and bombarded with free samples of meats and cheese. My wife and I had the pastrami my mother in law had the bologna. Outstanding sandwich, and I love sandwiches of all kinds. Came here looking for a late lunch snack and got the pastrami which had a slightly spicy, slightly sweet mustard which paired perfectly with the sweetish pickles, and the turkey which came with tarragon mayo, and super fresh tomatoes and the turkey was just barely our favorite of the two. DELICIOUS! There’s a handful of sandwiches you can choose from, including a veggie option. We opted for the veggie.

It’s very simple with stracciatella, arugula, basil, and tomatoes. The ingredients were so fresh and the bread was perfect.

The owner is very kind and you can tell he puts a lot of care into the food he makes for his customers.

There is some seating inside but this would also be great to take away.
