We had to cut short our stay and book a hotel instead just after first night. My kids had to stand outside for check in from 10:30 pm to 3 am. The host disappeared. Finally someone let us in. Then in the morning airbnb tried to contact them as well and they did not respond to even airbnb staff. Airbnb was very supportive and they cancelled my booking for remaining 2 nights. The host staff disappeared and did not respond till 1 pm and then when airbnb cancelled my booking for remaining 2 nights they started theratening me to leave urgently and you are late and all. SCAM ALERT! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I paid 700€ for an apartment in Paris and it turned into a complete nightmare. The roof started leaking during my stay and the entire place FLOODED. I was left with my belongings soaked and an unlivable apartment.

It’s been OVER A MONTH and they still REFUSE to give me my money back. The owner ignores me, the company refuses to answer, and they are pretending like nothing happened. They take your money and then disappear when there’s a problem.
