I recently received a bag from Karl Lagerfeld as a birthday gift from my sister, and while Iâm very happy with the gift itself, I was extremely disappointed to hear about the terrible experience she had at the store. She went to pick up the bag, which she had ordered online, and the staff refused to provide her with a shopping bag to carry the gift. To make matters worse, they were rude and dismissive throughout the interaction.
For a luxury brand like Karl Lagerfeld, I would have expected much better customer service and attention to detail.
