The woman at the main counter seemed to be put off when I asked if the fragrances were home fragrances, and she indicated that they were not, but the stores line of men’s fragrances.
It seemed odd, as they were not sold in glass bottles, instead what seemed to be aluminum cans and the refills seemed to be sold in large containers , which is what one would typically find with home fragrances. Instead of redirecting me towards the home fragrance or even the women’s fragrance area, she found it to be more important to gossip to her colleague, speaking in French, not knowing I could understand every word, she was mocking the fact that I thought the men’s fragrances were home fragrances.
I am in Paris to shop. Considering the treatment I had received, rest assured, I will not be visiting this store or any of your other locations at any other point of my shopping expeditions.
You must train your employees to respect all people, not just ones that appear to have money. Not all Arabs have money, and not all Americans wearing sweatshirts are unrefined and broke.

Further, the bottle of Suivez-Moi had a plastic seal and a metal cap so there would be no way that the scent would mysteriously disappear. Fragonard's customer service was terrible as they would not even replace the bottle. I have purchased perfumes and colognes from Fragonard in the past and would certainly not do it again in the future. I suggest that before purchasing Fragonard perfumes you should open the bottle to ensure that it has the...

I was the only customer in the perfume side of the store and was completely ignored by the 2 gentlemen working as they conversed among themselves. After browsing the store, I stood at the counter waiting to order my purchase. That finally prompted one of them to address me. I asked for the the soap quantity I needed in my best French (English is my native language). He was very quick to correct my French in a very condescending and arrogant manner. As a result, I ended up purchasing less...
