AVOID this Store! Save yourself the headache and order from literally anywhere else. My experience with this shop was an absolute disaster, marked by an incredibly poor and unprofessional level of service. You'd likely get better customer support from a local convenience store than from these guys. Their so-called "customer service" is a joke. Expect nothing but generic, copy-pasted responses that offer zero real help. Every time you try to communicate, it feels like you're starting from scratch, as if they're using an AI that can't retain any context. And don't even get me started on their misleading shipping times. After waiting more than two weeks, my order never arrived. the store isn’t the biggest, but they have a lot more than what’s on display if you ask :) the sales associate (hachim) we worked with was super kind and helpful!! we were there for like two hours and he was very patient with us and brought out so many different bags based on what we said we were looking for. he also answered all of our questions about color transfer, material, occasions to wear, etc. it was really nice because after he brought out the bags, he gave us space to try them on (and didn’t just stare at us like some associates from other boutiques have) he also came back to offer various beverages, and we got a cup of coffee, a bottle of water, and a glass of champagne. the bags were sealed for extra security which was thoughtful! If you’re looking for a bag or shoes in Paris please visit this store and ask for Sebastian personally! I stopped by with my husband to checkout handbags while visiting Paris. Although the bags I wanted to see were out of stock, Sebastian was exceptionally helpful! He brought me many options in similar styles and sizes, allowing me to try on each bag and even make sure my belongings would fit inside. There was no pressure from him, he genuinely wanted to make sure I chose a bag I would enjoy.
