The entrance to the hotel is quite simple and does not require contact with the staff, it also looks nice.. We arrived on Sunday evening, the reception was a bit unprofessional, more like we came to a lodging house and not a hotel, we got the key and found out on our own, without explaining the hotel and where it was. Poor knowledge of foreign languages, which I have the right to point out as dissatisfaction, because after all, workers in the hospitality industry should have a good command of foreign languages. Big criticism for the layout of the room, the bed right next to the toilet. It's very annoying that I have to listen to my partner while he defecates. Also, the mirror in the bathroom is too high and the mirror is inaccessible, so I would not recommend this hotel to women who are not used to applying make-up from a meter away. Bad room insulation, we didn't sleep for several nights because of noisy guests from the surrounding rooms. On the bright side, the room was very clean, the bed linen neat, the towels clean. Kudos to the maids. There is a nice view of the street, which is always busy. But considering the price, we expected much more from the hotel, which still has 4 stars.

I visited Paris with my two children (11 & 13 yo boys) in October 2024. A reservation was made here as the hotel is advertised as "family friendly". To our major disappointment we had been placed right in the heart of the red light district. The hotel is located directly next door to a strip club with porn/sex shops across the road and all up the street. The rooms resemble a brothel - not the nice pics you see online! It was really a horrible experience and quite frightening for a mother and two young children to face in a strange country and at night. We were forced to find alternative accommodation immediately with no assistance from reception with regards to a refund or even general common sense towards our needs at that time. Don't STAY here...it really was disgraceful. ** Thanks for your response...however you've not addressed anything appropriately and in fact only provided a long-winded version of lip service that no-one appreciates. "As you were" with your poor service and complete disregard for the needs of your customers. Note: this is NOT a 'family friendly' property. As stated above "DON'T STAY HERE'.

I give this hotel a five star rating because the price was good and visiting Paris is very expensive. It is in the Red light district near Moulin rouge which is very cool. Their is a little train across the street that will take you all over the Montmartre district, right to the Sacre Coeur, It's an amazing area 💗 The hotel had an awesome shower lots of water pressure!! The bed was so comfortable and I always have such a hard time sleeping, but not here!! The 10 euro, all you can eat breakfast, was awesome!! Their croissants were light and buttery, perfect with the scrambled eggs and coffee!! And, last but not least the service was excellent!! So friendly 💞 and helpful and our rooms were cleaned perfectly. Their are allot of hotel choices in Paris but this one was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

The hotel is situated on a fairly quiet road a short distance from Moulin Rouge and Montmarte. We were able to walk to some great shopping at Lafayette and the Metro was a very short stroll. When we walked to the hotel we noticed that the area had a number of sex shops and dancing clubs in the vicinity however did not detract from the area. Whilst at first I was a little apprehensive as to where I’d booked we soon realised it was a great location and would book here again. The hotel itself is a boutique hotel which has a dark but stylish feel. It was clean and the guy at reception was super friendly and helpful. The hotel works on a buzzer system so has some good security at the entrance. The rooms were clean and of a decent enough size for our stay. The bed was massive and comfortable although when sitting up in bed the bed moves away from the wall creating a gap. The bathroom was decent and the shower lovely. Great water pressure and of a decent size. There are no drawers in the bedside tables and limited space so we did live from the suitcases for our 3 nights. There is a safe in the room and ample tea and coffee provision. We didn’t use the mini bar but the fridge was cold and enough selection. The only real downside was noise in the morning. All the floors are hard with no carpet so you can hear the rooms being cleaned, the lift doors opening and the cleaning cart or suitcases making a noise as they come in and out of the lift. Overall this was an enjoyable stay here and we would...

I booked the hotel because it says it was a 4-Star, but definitely not even close to a 4-Star. If it ever was a 4-Star, probably it was in the 80’s or 90’s. Today it’s just a low service 3-Star. The whole hotel smells bad; furniture and bed looks old; towels are old and smells cigar; furniture are full of dust (which make you believe the cleaning standard is pretty low); the shelf on the sink bathroom to put your tooth brush among other items is broken and you simply can’t leave your stuffs in the bathroom; Wifi is so slow that it’s impossible to use basic things like Instagram or Facebook; shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel has no brand and it’s a small bottle refilled by the maid (not a sealed one); the maid opened our door suddenly while we were in the room (thanks we were not naked!). These points may sound silly to some people, but they’re definitely not acceptable for a hotel that auto claim to be a 4-Star. I’ve stayed in some 3-Star that were much better than this one. Overall, it’s a decent hotel only if you pay cheap, and if you’re ok with the service of a low quality 3-Star. Good point is it’s a 1 minute walking to Blanche metro station. Hotel is surrounded by sex shops and prive clubs offering lap dance among other things. So it may be embarassing to walk in the area if you have young kids or if you’re sensitive to this kind of...

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights for our wedding anniversary. It’s about forty/fifty minutes from the airport via taxi and is right next to a metro station as well as multiple bus stops. We arrived to the hotel earlier than we could check in but were able to store our bags in the luggage room for free (we also did this on the day we returned home). When we were able to go to our room, we felt safe as a key card was required to use the stairs and lift, meaning people couldn’t just come off of the street. The room itself was rather sizeable, plenty of space for just the two of us. Our view was lacklustre as we were facing another building, not that it mattered too much to us. The staff were very friendly, the cleaning staff came each day and changed our sheets/gave us more towels. The bed was comfortable and large, although it was two beds put together, it didn’t cause any issues mind you. Our only complaint would be that the room was never exactly quiet. You could hear people walking to their rooms, noise from outside and the noise from your own bathroom. This was rather inconvenient as my husband was woken up by guests going to their rooms throughout the night, they also didn’t seem to have much respect for the time of night they were making so much noise at, so it’s ideal to either be a deep sleeper or bring...
