Embarking on a culinary journey at this Indian take-away establishment was nothing short of a gastronomic delight! The menu, a refreshing departure from the conventional Indian restaurants scattered across Paris and its suburbs, reflects a unique and innovative concept curated by two enterprising individuals.
Exploring the diverse offerings, I indulged in the Pav Bhaji, an exquisite blend of freshness and homemade authenticity that left my taste buds dancing in delight. The Vada Pav, a personal favourite, was a revelation of flavours, seamlessly combining tradition and innovation. The Sev Puri Dahi Golgappa chat emerged as a lip-smacking symphony of textures and tastes, instantly earning its place as another cherished item on their remarkable menu.
The Masala Dosa, an epitome of culinary craftsmanship, presented a crispy revelation with its original recipe, complemented by the tantalizing addition of cheese and other delectable stuffings. The symphony of flavors crescendoed as I wrapped up this culinary odyssey with an authentic Indian Masala Chai, transporting me straight to the comforting embrace of home in India.
This establishment's commitment to delivering an extraordinary dining experience is truly commendable. Paris needs more culinary gems like these, and I extend heartfelt kudos to the visionary team behind this culinary haven. Each dish was not just a meal; it was a culinary masterpiece, and I look forward to indulging in this exquisite experience again.

We were expecting something on the order of a cafe, but ended up someplace where the focus seemed to be on takeaway, rather than sit-down dining. But that was on us, so I will not complain too much about it.
Nevertheless, we were greeted by a very polite woman who, after understanding what we were expecting, kindly explained to us that their so-called "OG" Masala Dosa was anything but OG and that their menu was actually based on "Fusion" dosas.
Now, I don't have anything against fusion food, but for the sake of all that is pure in the world, please don't throw cheese and (plain) mashed potatoes into a dosa and call it "OG"! As a full-blooded south Indian, it was almost equally painful to hear that a place serving (almost) exclusively Dosa & Uthappam did not have sambar.
Also, if most people have to ask for clarifications about your menu, it might be worth having another look at it and see if it can be improved in any way.
The only saving grace was that the Dosa by itself seemed to be pretty good, which is frankly the only thing stopping me from rating this 1*. If only I could say the same about the filling and...
