WORST NIGHTMARE EVER.
I visitied Paris with my mom for a week and stayed here for three nights hoping to experience a new great apartment style hotel nearby Opera, which came out to be a total disaster. I regret changing from first hotel.
The first night, I came into the room pretty late and had a huge fan sound going on even though the fan was off so I had trouble sleeping. At 3AM, I couldn't stand and went to the receptionist if he could fix anything right away because it was very loud. He came in with me and didn't know anything because he has been working there for only three days, which was fine and it was very late so I asked him to fix this issue next morning. That alone was very annoying because for this quality and cost, there should have been someone to help with the problem even it was late.
Few minutes later, I was trying to go back to sleep and heard someone entering door code in our room and just came in without knocking. WHAT A SHOCK. It was the receptionist. I freaked out because it was just my mom and I staying there and he just came in with his flash on to see hoping to fix anything. This shouldn't have happened at even two star hotel. What kind of person who works at a hospitality business comes into someone's room at 3 in the morning without knocking?? hello?? I told the receptionist to leave right away and couldn't sleep for even a second.
Early in the morning, I told the female receptionist to fix anything and I explained what has happend overnight. She seems to understand but didn't care much and came into the room and checked everything. I asked if she could send me a text or email when the repair was done because if it wouldn't get done, I was about to move to another hotel because I was disgusted with my experience. She didn't bother to send me any notice so I ended up calling the place three times until she answered and told me she got the repair done. She came into the room and explained what was repaired including door knob of each rooms and bathroom, which I find extremely uncomfortable because I had my stuff there and didn't like the fact that few people came into the room to fix fan sound, bathroom and door knob even without asking. These should have been fixed beforehand. I had double check my belongings and didn't feel safe and secure at all.
The headquarter called me the next day to apologize for what has happended and offered me a refund for the first night. One month passed, I didn't hear anything from them and didn't receive any refund either. and I'm not even surprised at this point.
In conclusion, if you're trying to find some nice hotel nearby Opera, PLEASE THINK TWICE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Think of this place as just well-built and equipped student dormitory. It's not even close to a hotel level efficiency and...
Read moreWe recently stayed here. The location is perfect and close to several train lines. There are many places to eat nearby, a pharmacy 2 minutes by foot, and lots of shopping. If you desire to cook, just a few doors down is a small grocery store. For something bigger, head to the Monoprix that’s within 6 minute walk.
The apartment itself was a 2 bedroom/2 bath. Each room had a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The living room/dining area also had a balcony. Both come equipped with outdoor seating and greenery. The place was impeccably clean. I even checked the floor corners to see if dirt had just been pushed around. Nope. It was spotless. One bathroom had a nice tub with rain shower, sink, and toilet. The other was a sink and shower combo. The second toilet was down the hall. We liked this feature because it was 5 of us and having the option to use the restroom while someone was taking a shower was much appreciated. The apartment itself was not overstuffed with unnecessary furniture which I often see in many Airbnb’s. This made things much easier. We had plenty of space to accommodate our luggage. Closet space was plenty for us. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils and appliances.
My one and only gripe is that we opted for the late checkout which was first offered to us but then we received a message stating that we’d have to leave a bit earlier. We paid for the entire “late checkout” option and would have benefited from the extra time. I wish they would have explained that we wouldn’t be able to have the entire time slot before we were charged. In the end, the housekeeper showed up early. We didn’t want to impede her schedule so we exited earlier than expected. Small nuisance that I hope can be addressed for future stays.
Overall, we would visit again and hope...
Read moreMy experience at the apartment was exceptional in every regard. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall professionalism and attention to detail. The apartment itself was generously spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The cleanliness was of the highest standard, with every corner of the apartment meticulously maintained, creating an environment of utmost comfort and hygiene.
The service provided by the staff was equally impressive. While all the team members were courteous and attentive, I would like to particularly highlight Hassiba at the front desk. Her professionalism and warmth stood out significantly. She welcomed me with a genuine smile, was highly responsive to my inquiries, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Her approach made me feel not only valued but also confident in my choice to stay at this property.
Without a doubt, this has been one of the most enjoyable and seamless stays I have had, and I look forward to returning in the future, thanks to the exceptional service and the professional touch...
