This little bistro was two doors down from our hotel. On the first night, we thought we would try it because it was handy and the menu was bilingual, French and English. We ended up eating dinner there three nights in a row. We explored other options. In fact, on our second night we went to another establishment and the staff their said their kitchen was closed and they were only serving drinks and referred us to Le Mauzac. Over the three nights we got to know the owner and her family and had three very well prepared meals of French cuisine. She had different specials every evening as well as great deserts and a good selection of wines. I'm not a wine expert but my wife and I truly enjoyed ourselves. While maintaining a good French clientele this bistro made non-French speaking patrons feel welcome and the owner was able to express herself well in English along with my very broken French to provide us with an enjoyable and memorable meal on three distinct occasions. Positive...

This lovely French bistro next to our Hotel Relais St. Jacques was a real gem. Madame proprietor was so sweet & friendly to excuse our bad French and accommodate us late in the evening. Definitely our best meal while in Paris. We should have eaten there every night. The prices inexpensive compared to other bistros we tried that eere price & not good. Their French onion soup divine. French fries crispy & light. Charcuterie & frommage crepe yummy. Warstiner beer tasty. The green salad delicious & fresh. Plus, a friendly feline Lou charmed us. Tres magnifique. I highly recommend...

Wonderful welcome to Paris on our first evening here! Very kind and polite server who spoke English and picked the perfect wine when I asked for something sweet. Menu was in English and French. Great selection. Best French Onion soup I’ve ever tasted! The goat cheese toast and honey salad was amazing. And the lentil and egg salad was also unique and tasty. And one of my favorite parts was meeting Lou, their beautiful and soft resident cat! Merci!

What a great little place on a shady side street sidewalk. Passed it previously then checked out the menu & reviews & came back. We both had the Salad Mausac Perfect, highly recommend. It was presented with two pieces of open faced ham, cheese and grilled onion toasted breads atop. Service was excellent English was not a problem. Highly recommend.
