Horrible experience! We booked this hotel a month ago for our New Year's holiday with friends, lured in by the hostess's promises that the cafe on New Year's Eve would be closed exclusively for us and that it wouldn't be a problem for our dog to join us in the cafe since she is afraid of fireworks.
