The restaurant looks appealing from the outside, and we thought it might be worth having dinner in the tower. That turned out to be a very poor decision. The third floor was closed. On the second floor, a group of men kept opening a door or window to smoke. I don’t find it acceptable at all to smoke in a place where people are eating.

The interior is fresh, and the tables are clean. However, I was served a chipped plate, which does not reflect high standards. There were two waitstaff present; one of them served us but did not speak English. The dish we chose from the menu was unavailable. There was no meat option other than pork and chicken.

We ended up ordering Chicken Tabaka, and it was the worst chicken I’ve ever had. The skin was overly salty and tough, while the meat inside was dry and tasteless. The mushroom soup didn’t even smell like mushrooms because it was made with champignons and was also under-salted.

Overall, neither the food, service, nor atmosphere was impressive. The only enjoyable item was the Kindzmarauli wine, but you can find that elsewhere. The restaurant charges a 12% service fee by default, which, in my opinion, is absolutely not justified by the level of service provided.

I absolutely do not recommend this...

We ate at this place twice.

First of all we waited for our food for more than 1 hour. Ladies had a grilled veal which was covered in coal and overcooked. Salad and mexican potatoes was nice. My husband had Tower Special meal which was really good too. So we left this place with mixed feelings.

We came back next day to get a dinner and give this place a second chance because some meals were good. But our second time was awful. Even tho restaurant was almost empty waiting time for food was ridiculous. Every meal was brought separately. Waitor didnt informed us that Chkmeruli portion is huge and its for at least 2-3 people (it would be nice if he would have informed us when he saw that lady is ordering it) . Also it was cooked for over than 1 hour, so everyone else have finished their meals when it arrived. And it was OVERCOOKED. And for a final part - when waitor brought it to the table and I showed her to put it to me she rolled her eyes! What a disrespect..

We waited a while for the second dish, but it never came. The waitress noticed that my girlfriend's plate was empty several times but did not take any action.

After about 45 minutes, I asked if there was an issue with the missing meal. Only then did the waitress inform us that the second order had never been written down, and therefore nothing more would be served.
