Disappointing Stay! Avoid at all cost! There are much better options in Tbilisi

Having travelled across the globe and staying in 100s of Hotels this comes across as one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Lets talk about location first, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere somewhere on the mountain top so everytime you have to take a taxi to go anywhere, you cant walk to or from the places of interest in the city

We had booked 3 rooms and asked them to place extra bed in one of the rooms when we arrived there were extra beds in all the rooms and when we asked them to remove they said the housekeeping is not available so they can only do that next day so we stayed in a cramped room for that night.

The soundproofing in the room is ineffective and you can hear people talk in the corridor loud and clear

Breakfast is way below average, very limited offering and repeated almost every single day with an exception of 1 or max 2 items. The breakfast time is till 11 and if you enter the room at 10:30 you will be frowned upon, the lady mentioned that they work late night so they need to finish early for the breakfast. if thats the case they should just reduce the breakfast time to 10.

The rooftop restaurant is good and the food is great, but the staff there is again rude, kept asking our kid not to talk, should rather make it an adult only restaurant if kids are a concern.

Coming to the staff, the worst of a kind you will find, they asked us to pay for certain WHITE towels that had some marks which could have been easily laundered, when we mentioned they can be washed easily they insisted that it is damaged and cannot be washed, we offered to pay and said if the towels are damaged we will take them, thats where the lady at the reception called the GM and said I told you the amount by mistake the actual damages are double. This clearly shows they wanted to make some quick money off us. Being in an alien country you are left with no choice but to pay such amount even when you know you are being scammed.

All up there are many better options in Tbilisi, much better located than being in the middle of nowhere, and if they attract you by offering lower rate they will make up for that by scamming you like they did with us. I saw another review where they stole the money of a guest, so if you get scammed into an attractive rate be ready to pay in...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It's a new property with all high tech amenities. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Whatever we asked for was met with a smile. The breakfast layout was amazing. They had soups, salads, cold meat, hot meals, vegetarian options and meat. Lots of dry fruits, nuts, cakes, bread. The room had a very big double bed which was amazing, bathrobes, slippers, towels all provided. AC and room heater were there. The room had enough sunlight which was great.

The only negative was the room felt very dusty don't know why and they forgot to clean the room on first day which was wierd as we did not have any do not disturb sign on the door. My only suggestion to you guys would be to get a better interior designer who can help with the right furniture and floor mats fit for small size rooms. A small room can have enough space if the right size of furnitures are placed. The floor mats were trendy but not user friendly coz they kept getting stuck to the chairlegs. The chair was so big and blocking...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in February 15th to 19th 2024. Overall, clean rooms (though a little small in size),#But be careful# when you leave your room... without your request cleaning staff will enter your room.. And cleaning your inside the bags as well...I lost some dollars, On the first day I was confused and didn't complain, 2nd day also my bags were open again... after self confirmation i complained to management but no use... they said take any action what I want, they know we will not call the police, if we call sometime we have to stay for an enquiry there, so it's your full responsibility to take care of your valuable stuffs...I was disappointed with this incident, other than this I can frankly say, it was delicious breakfast, good location walkable from the old town.
