Review for Clocks Hotel, Tbilisi â 4 Stars âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸
We recently stayed at Clocks Hotel in Tbilisi for five days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a stylish ambiance, modern decor, and a convenient location, making it an excellent choice for travelers exploring the city.
Pros:
â Prime Location â The hotel is situated in a great spot, providing easy access to major attractions, dining spots, and transport options. â Comfortable Rooms â The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and had a contemporary feel. The bedding was cozy, ensuring a good nightâs sleep. â Friendly Staff â The hotel staff was welcoming, polite, and eager to assist with queries. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. â Good Breakfast Spread â The breakfast options were diverse and well-prepared, offering a great start to the day.
Areas for Improvement:
đš Service Responsiveness â While the staff was courteous, response times for room service and housekeeping could be improved. A quicker turnaround would enhance the guest experience. đš Amenities & Maintenance â Some amenities, such as Wi-Fi speed, toiletries, and in-room facilities, could be upgraded for a more luxurious feel. Additionally, the availability of extra towels and bathroom essentials on request would be appreciated. đš Dining & Beverage Options â Although the breakfast was good, having more variety in the in-house dining menu or a 24/7 cafĂŠ option would add to the hotelâs appeal.
Overall, Clocks Hotel provides a comfortable and stylish stay in Tbilisi, with a few areas of improvement that, if addressed, could elevate it to an even better...
Read moreTerrible Experience at Hotel Clocks, Tbilisi â Avoid if You Value Your Stay||I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Clocks in Tbilisi, Georgia. Despite booking an Executive Suite, the room size was shockingly small, far from what you'd expect for the price and category. It felt more like a cramped standard room than anything resembling a suite.||The issues didnât end there. On multiple occasions, there was no water available at night. This was not only inconvenient but also unacceptableâespecially when it meant not being able to flush the toilet or access water in the bathroom. ||The staff was another major letdown. They were extremely rude and unhelpful, making the entire experience even more frustrating. As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in many hotels around the world, but the level of unprofessionalism here was shocking.||The breakfast was SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY, with the same limited options every single day. Furthermore, the vegetarian options were almost nonexistent, making it difficult for those with dietary preferences or restrictions.||The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the view, which is indeed beautiful. But even that cannot make up for the numerous issues faced during my stay.||I strongly advise other hotel options as well, especially if you are Asian, Indian, or a person of colour. I felt that there was a distinct lack of consideration and respect towards guests from different...
Read moreFirst of all I want to thanks to all staff members who work in this hotel for making our stay smooth, comfortable and enjoyable! Reception members are helpful and speaking English very well, house keeping members are cleaning very well, kitchen team made breakfast very delicious. We received from hotel a cake with wine and nuts for my birthday which is amazing. Our room category was Suite so we had a 2 washrooms, 2 TVs (one of them is smart TV), shower, bathtub, balcony with amazing view, coffee machine, sofa, baby crib etc. Room has a two different types of sockets: double and triple holed. Location is amazing, near to the hotel is Carefour supermarket, park, Italian restaurant and in a walking distance to other restaurants etc. In the lobby they have umbrellas for rainy days. The thing which I would add it's AC, which we can't control in our room, so when it's hot in the day time we feel hot, at night it's in heating mode which was good, but hotel must switch it during the hot time for cooling mode or let the guests do it by themselves. Note, that on the check out date you will need to pay for water which is not a big deal but still not really necessary to charge your guest for 1-2...
