Heppy Green West - eat fresh — Restaurant in Frankfurt

THIS IS MY HEPPY PLACE!!! What an amazing night of food, drink, and all-around joyous celebration at this diamond in the rough in Frankfurt. Such a charming and unassuming neighborhood joint that leans heavier on the vegetarian and vegan fare, with a protein nod to the flexitarians looking for a burger or poultry.

Where do I start? Take a walk and discover this place. It’s in a safe and well-lit area, but you’re in the heart of the city. Everything about it oozes an invitation to come forth and partake. The outdoor patio is gorgeous, and if the weather is right, the whole place feels like it’s receiving gentle breezes while affording you some nice people watching.

As for the food… WOW. I had a burger with avocado and it was spectacular. The fries were also a treat. I would have explored more of the vegetarian and vegan options (hence the “green” name), but I had a deeper hunger. Definitely worth a revisit.

The staff was exceptional. Give them a raise. We had a large group, and they really accommodated us. We rallied through closing and they kept the German pilsners coming.

Somehow feeling shortchanged (2nd photo was ordered yesterday) as we have ordered the same meals in the other branch at, Stiftstraße 6, 60313 Frankfurt am Main. The services is sucked and food delivered here is not the same. The Manager didn’t admit at all, but argued with me despite the fact I’ve explained and shown the photos to him. It seems like no point to raise this to the service personnel or Manager on my feedbacks. Please improve your SOP and I believe with this kind of service your business will be reducing over times. One of the best burger I've eaten in long time (I genuinely eat lots of burgers). Period. Try the Angus Beef cheesy one with sunny side up fried egg. Honestly, I did not even expect that burger would be so great as it wasn't even the highlight of the café. But we had 5 burgers out of total 6 orders on our table and each one of them was equally good - vegetarian, chicken and the classic.

Special mention also goes to the 6th dish we had ordered - falafel platter. Really good falafels!
