DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! We couldn’t stay here. We checked in and checked out, there was so many reasons we couldn’t put ourselves through the stay. Firstly, all of our furniture was falling apart. I got locked in the bathroom because the handle fell off the door and then the only chair provided collapsed, the sheets are ripped. The floors were dirty, it was horrible. The photos online are catfishes and the hotel is in a disgusting location. Within an hour we were harassed by people on drugs for money, our arrival taxi even detoured to avoid the area. We found a SYRINGE outside of the hotel and felt so unsafe. Oh and the best part: they refuse to offer any compensation claiming that the hotel is fine. Even ignoring the exterior, the only provided furniture is falling apart and is broken! Do not stay here unless you want to risk your safety both inside and outside of the hotel. Do not bring children here. Do not book here, it was the worst hotel I’ve been to in my life and I’ve travelled the world. The owner has rudely dismissed our request for even a partial refund, so I’d expect a rude reply on here too. Please take my advice.

Very friendly stuff. Hotel lobby looks good there is a bar too . Restaurant is upstairs but it was closed due to covid . Elevator available. Parking in front of the hotel on the road. We always found some spot to park there . The room was basic . Balcony was a plus but the view was ugly but that’s not their fault . The beds are not very comfortable and pillows are filled with feathers. There is an AC so it was nice and warm in the room. The bathroom is tiny and no ventilation only a small window to a small place where the tubes are. If you not leave early in the morning they will not clean your room . Overall for the price this hotel was ok and is close to the centre but the neighbourhood is a bit scary .

I’m sorry to say this is the first hotel we have ever decided to leave early, after 3/5 nights. Unlike some other guests we actually had no problem with the location. But ultimately I must advise against coming here if you’re looking to relax and stay healthy on holiday.

One good thing is that the reception staff are really helpful (big thank you for dealing with our noise complaint in the middle of the night!). Useful information is proactively provided, e.g. about an upcoming strike affecting transit.

Why we left: the room is small and uncomfortable and I had concerns for my health.

The room is very poorly ventilated with a residual smell of smoke. Yes it’s Greece, but what I experienced isn’t okay. Someone from a nearby room was regularly smoking and it must have made its way through the shafts, because at certain times of day/night it the smoke was stronger and irritated my throat, making me feel ill and unable to sleep. After just a few hours in a new hotel, my throat was better.

The mattress is old, dipping in the middle. Impossible to sit up and read in bed as it slips away from the wall.

The bathroom is extremely narrow and I dreaded using it. If you’re a larger person you will not be able to use the toilet comfortably. Showering is a mission too; the curtain sticks to you and doesn’t even cover the whole cubicle, so the bathroom floods each time. I had to buy rubber sandals.

Only 2 power sockets available in the whole room (well 3 if you unplug the TV), problematic if 2 guests are staying there. In this day and age people need to charge more than one device at one time, especially if they’ve been outside all day using them.

As great as the reception guys were, they couldn’t provide us a full toilet roll upon request outside of...

I'M BEGGING YOU PLEASE DON'T GO THERE The hotel itself is not amazing, nor horrible. The rooms are quite small and you will have the minimum that you need. The Wi-Fi is not really good and the breakfast is a little disappointing. The personnel isn't super friendly but they're not awful either and the general mood/ambiance of the hotel isn't the greatest but let's say the hotel is fine. Not amazing, not gruesome, it's just ok. But the neighbourhood is terrible, I have to stress that. We didn't know that before our stay and a local confirmed that it was probably one of the worst neighbourhood of Athens. You'll find illegal immigrants (and only men which can be additionally scary when you're a woman), drug dealers, a lot of junkies (either passed out on the side of the road or preparing their syringe). It is not safe AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT, even in the middle of the day, it's scary to be there and you should not be there alone or be there at all. Considering this, we were quite disappointed that the personnel of the hotel never warned us about anything. Even when we (2 women in their early twenties) were heading out at 10pm, they were never benevolent and they never told us to pay attention to our environment or to always stay together. So please please please, be safe, especially if you're a (or several) women, if you're one (or 2), if you're a family or if you're young or a senior. I am not kidding you when I say that one night, two junkies were passed out right in front of the hotel and the door was closed because it was 11pm, we...
